Sao Paulo Server latency

just lost a fucking alluring abyss due to the fucking server freezing me every 2 fucking seconds, for fuck's sake GGG

Works fine since 2 hours ago, (55ms~)

Server de são paulo fica 40-70ms porém toda hora congelando e tomando roll back, estou a meses jogando no texas 150-200ms com uns roll back de vez em quando.

We have been ignored for weeks now, Fitzy_GGG doesnt even show up anymore with excuses about our ISP.
If u guys at GGG are working on something about this gateway u gotta let us know, neglecting us is the worst thing u guys should be doing right now. Ppl have been complaining about this for god knows how long, Is this how you guys will be treating us?

Someone from GGG gotta show up, its about time to fix this for real.

Fun fact; I reach a point in which I don't know what I'm gonna face when I open a map or an instance; if it's gonna be the trash servers messing around, random freezes facing syndicates, bugs or even me downloading something in background (only thing that gets fixed in a few secs) . So frustrating and stressful to play this game nowadays, It is so sad to be scarier about those technical problems than facing in-game challenges. Please GGG show up, talk with us, say something. Thank you!
