I don't know what did you guys did but the ping issue is totally fixed for me!. Let us hope the it stays this way for 3.3 because Incursion looks amazing

Going by Fitzy's post they did the only thing they could do, (and something that isn't always feasible)
They changed location, the problem is still where it is but you are no longer being routed through it to get to the working servers..

Nope, problem still happening. right now, ping that usually is 18-20ms is going for 300+.

You might want to read the previous GGG replies, and provide a WinMTR(0.92) test result which was done for 300 seconds minimum while you played and had the problem.
Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

He who controls the pants controls the galaxy. - Rick & Morty S3E1
Most of the servers are still the same, so the same problem would be expected. I'm still testing the different location.
Ping is crazy high again i had spikes to over 800ms, I hope there is a fix for this =/

Has both tests br.login and alt.br

Working rly bad now.
Follow my MTR results for tonight. Normal Sao Paulo server have been 130-140ms from 20:00 -> 23:00 Brazil Time. At that same timeframe, the test location was showing normal ping results.

Test Server : https://pastebin.com/N7RwdVvg

I hope this helps resolving the issue.. as it would be a pity to have those during the new league.

Regards!

welp, as has been said the "resolution" isn't to fix the actual problem but to try and bypass it (the problem being in something GGG can't control and the people that do control it have been informed and said nothing)

Brazilians can be quite blunt, specially when it comes to frustrations and being grateful when help is given. On behalf of all of us, I just want to offer my gratitude for your effort and time towards addressing this issue, Fitzy :) Thank you, you rock!
