Every 20 minutes I'm getting disconnected from the game. I can login, authenticate and when I try to log on my character, it disconnects me and says "Failed to connect to instance". It stays like that for 3 minutes, then it stops disconnecting me and I can play for another 20 minutes.

Same here, the ping is constant but this unspected connection error ocurrer about 20 min playing in sp server, in another realm game is normal but the high ping hurts a lot.

Random disconnects, over and over!
Here we go fellas... different league, same issues. If you're tired of HC and looking for a REAL challenge, try playing in SA realm. | |

Sever just went down, yet again issues with this server.

It is not possible to play on the server of São Paulo currently. From time to time the server crashes and does not allow the player to return unless it logs on to another server. Always "Failed to connect to instance".
2 day this problem persists.  |

Now @Fitzy_GGG, is this a problem with my ISP or your service provider?
(https://pastebin.com/rcCtN6x2): Stopped as soonm as the server came back. Just to be clear, the server stais normal for 20 minutes-ish, then it goes offline and comes back on after 3 minutes-ish. It does not seem to happen with br.login.pathofexile.com, just with alt.br.pathofexile.com.
