Sao Paulo Server latency

It is just so bad right now that you can't predict when you will get out of your map or create new instances. You have to keep spamming map device, stash, and get a lucky instance without lag.

Imposible to play in Sao Paulo realm. Always has an error for enter to another instance, Hideout, Map, Mine, etc.
No problem with Texas realm, i can enter to other instance without problem.

can't open maps or delves and random kicks from the game, same stuff from the delve league nothing is fixed

These are the problems I'm having right now:

1) The operation time out when entering an instance
2) Failed to retreive PVP list
3) Sudden DC
4) Lag, a lot of spikes.

GGG, it's been a long time since your south american gateway is being subpar, please take a look if it's possible to change the ISP or smt.
My ping to the gateway is usually 19ms and sometimes the game gets unplayable.

I mean, u can have a problem. BUT ALL OF THEM TOGETHER? COME ON GGG, RLY, WTF!

The Texas server is more stable than the brazilian one.

Please do something, its unplayable.
