We won't know absolutely sure until the patch notes hit, which should be soon. If the changes to charges and alchemist cluster on the beta are released to 3.0, some changes might be necessary e.g.:
- Raider might be better than Pathfinder
- Dying sun might lose value due to only having +3 proj instead of +2, making it better to invest this money elsewhere.

The changes to charges (esp power charges) would hit this build quite a bit, and you might need to invest more heavily into crit chance -- perhaps it would be better to forgo extra power charges on the tree and get more frenzy charges instead...

The nerf to Vinktar is a joke and it is still OP as fuck due to the leech so still a good flask.

Not much else seems to be getting nerfed as far as the beta shows. But again, we will have to wait until the patch notes hit.

We can still use the +3 Proj. from dying sun at a slightly higher tree investment (replacing a jewel with Conqueror's Potency cobalt jewel to put us above 50% flask effectiveness.

Possibly makes Dying Sun a lot cheaper to buy and still really damn powerful for wanders.

But we're gonna have to wait until patchnotes tomorrow, inb4 wander nerfed into ground.

Kinetic Blast mentioned briefly in the latest post prior to patch notes, fingers crossed our league starter isn't getting gutted tomorrow :(

Nothing confirmed yet but KB is mentioned in the Algorithm Patch notes post so, at the very least something in terms of KB will be changing in the FoO patch, we'll have to wait for them to drop to see if it's a build killer or something simple.
