Animate guardian is a great skill, doesn't need to be buffed in any way. Drop a leer cast and a dying breath on it and you are good to go. On my minion master mine never died cause i had minion life regen, the whole drops items on death really doesn't matter either. All people would use the guardian and that gems for is another aura, much like they do with him right now with leer cast and dying breath.

AG has only 1 use atm, leer cast + dying breath

otherwise its a useless skill

when a skill is use only to hold 2 items, you know something is wrong with it

actually, there a few videos of AG basically doing end game by him self granted the guy put about 4 ex worth of gear on him, but still point being AG did everything end game except for shaper and well that was mainly cause he was too stupid to get out of way of beam. But rest of content was pretty clean with him.

Point being AG can be super OP, but he just comes with super high risk is all. If anything something to trim the risk down would make him much more useful. versus making any other change to him. like a piece of player armor that makes the AG gear drop 50% of the time etc.
Just have him drop the gear, its an easy thing to code. About the only consideration is if you are in a party and GGG allows anyone to pick up your dead AG's gear.

Well Elemental hit and glacial hammer's fundamental flaw is that they're single target melee, and that entire playstyle is crap, so the only way to make them good is to make then functionally another skill, and at that point why remove one and rerelease it?

Ground slam is fine, and doesn't really need a rework or a buff.

There's something to leveling skills that you change off of later existing, and there's something to just bad choices existing.

So can my skeletons. Doesn't even make them the least OP. And neither is AG. In fact you can dump a BoR and facebreaker on him and get even more damage. Ai is crap, targeting is crap, conv has a long cooldown. Shaper isn't even his worst enemy.
