Oki I switched to a non-enchanted Devoto helmet now.
What is the main purpose of Arc? Is it just to better clear of trash mobs or for the Shock ailment? One thing i noticed is that it sometimes procs EE on nearby mobs and make them resist lightning damage from discharge. I switched it out for Increased Area Of Effect Support and it seems to work a bit better.

Arc - clear trash, charges you charges, shock, leech. This really usefull spell.

With discharge, you have only power (lighting damage) & endurance (fire damage) charges.
So, you don't need "purity of ice", because you don't have frenzy charges.
You can take purity of elements if you have pb with resistances (or elem weakness).
But purity fire/lightning is better for reflect (and wise oak).

Purity of elements for elemental weakness.

Elreon's ring is good option for reduced mana cost of skill.
Romira with +2 mana gained on hit is a good option.
I have a pool of 67 mana, Shield charge cost 2, cyclone 8, leap slam 10.

Starkonja for life and enchant :)

I really wanted to add doedre's elixir into this build for the reliable proc of cloak of savagery (for example, against plaza boss dot). However, devotos 20% chaos res makes the proc only hit for 14% of life, not 15%.

Therefore, I think Starkonjas is the next best helm, and competes with devotos reasonably well. It has a shitton of life, a decent bit of aps, and similar dex to devotos. The only thing worse than devotos is like 6% aps and 20% ms, of which only the 20% ms is significant.

The crit on starkonjas doesn't really matter either, as it only increases your crit by 1-2%, and can be negated by getting a corrupted romiras.

Just my 2 cents.

I was testing Doedre elixir, it's great for this build (I just have 550 shield)
Starkonja need 138 of dexterity, Devoto need 85.
The crit isn't a problem for me.
MS isn't a problem, because I use shield charge.
(discharge is performed quite often with shield charge)

My flasks are :
- eternal life with immune to freeze
- quartz flask with immune to shock (experimenter's -- of grounding)
- the Wise Oak
- Atziri's promise or Doedre's elixir
- Vessel of Vinktar (penetrate version)

Not very expensive, except Vinktar (around 1ex in league)

We have 1% mana leech why u use Elreon ring i dont know this build no have problem with mp.

I now tested the Doedre elixir it works even with a Devoto Devotion! I have a -37% chaos resistance and 6981 life. The bottle gives me 15.06% damage and we imitate Savage hit! And this means that you can kill the shaper. It remains to find sets)

Is the "Increased Lightning Damage with Weapons" on the Mjölner even important? I don't think any of the "... with Weapons" bonuses are applied to spells like Discharge and Arc. It is only with the case if you actually do elemental (lightning) damage with a weapon hit/skill. In our case, we use cold so it's not really in use?
