Essence of Horror (30% more Elemental) and Essence of Delirium (30% more DoT) are the same, right? I mean it won't matter if you go for gloves or helmet?

Matters to use them right way. Dellirium on gloves or Horror on helm. Not the other way.
You will get a piece of equipment with 30% more damage (dosen't matter for RF if is elemental or DoT).
Try use a good armour base like titan gauntlets for gloves or royal burgonet for helm. They then to give ya more easy the top tier of HP/Str.

Also can buy the base with enchant on it already to not work the lab after.

Beta doesn't have Merc or Uberlab activated yet.

I was just wondering if there was any other synergies with either DoT or Fire Damage - depending on whether you chose Horror or Delirium.
I'm planning to do this build in 3.0
I don't really have experience with the endurance charge part of the build.

So far I have these topics of interest:

- No Leo mod (beta: nerfed to 5%, so out) so RotP is 100% mandatory?
- 1 less endurance charge? (beta: no bandit reward)
- MoM works in beta, though no substantial amount of mana due to reservations and unable to cast anything without linked BM gem. You do get 100% uptime of Divination Distillate.
- Better Unflinching from 20% to 30% (beta)

With the improved Unflinching, would it be possible to add Discharge nukes, with additional refilling with Enduring cry? We already kill most trash instantly with RF, so I was wondering if in the current game play it adds some speed to nuke tougher mobs. I don't intend to use EE.

- I figure Unrelenting works per gain-event, not per gained charge?
- A discharge at max EC still benefits from Unrelenting 8% less ele dmg (As far as the wiki goes this is correct)

If zombies get a buff, would you consider this STR synergy helm with a small investment as meatshield (and use RF in glove)?

Hmmm, I think I just found myself a new scepter in the beta. Doryani still a bit too expensive (last time I checked, it was 3ex):

Current sceptre:
40% inc. ele dmg (implicit)
+1 level of socketed fire gems
23% inc. fire damage
25% global crit multi (useless)
16% fire resis

New sceptre:
40% inc. ele dmg (implicit)
23% inc. fire dmg
27-45 cold dmg to spells
0.68 physical ll (useless)
26% inc. burning damage
6% chance to ignite

- Higher increased burning damage on the skilltree. Holy Fire Cluster from 70% to 100% burning dmg. Breath of Flames from 35% fire/burning dmg to 80% fire/bruning dmg for 5 pts
- Increased burning damage support gem now grants 40%-59% MORE burning damage instead of increased burning damage


Yes - Increased Burning gem gives a multiplicative bonus now. A huge boost for your DPS.

Looking forward to use this for a league starter but i might replace the Kaom's for a 5/6 Linked Carcass Jack for a higher damage numbers. Is this build gonna get updated for 3.0 ? Wondering what possibilities came with the new changes.

Classic mistake. More HP = more damage. Carcass Jack is a poor option. Belly is better and Kaom is best.

Lul. League starter RF. ^^

Gl getting Rise of the Pheonix on a new league when the price will jump through the roof. It's about 30c right now on beta standard and most people haven't even bothered themselves to start leveling RF characters. So you can imagine what you will need to go through with your full hp/regen marauders just to be able to use RF.

Furthermore, you need either Doon or Doryanis mace to make it average and do well in maps that aren't white. So it will take some time before you can "start" in a league... ^^

That's why builds that rely on uniques will never be a good starter builds.

Hey! I just wanna thanks for this build. I've had great success with it atleast in my own opinion. I used it in the current 1 week sc league and Im really enjoy it. Im not the fastest leveler by any means but im 88 now and have everything I need basicly, besides my enlighten lvl 3, its just 2 atm, so i might use the 2x enlighten setup or not, atm it works fine with COT setup with flamm and 2x auras.

Anyways I wanted to share my items - got it all within 4 days, which is awesome :)

I got lucky on the essence craft, first one gave me the high life. I know it can be much better, but im fine with it as is :) - Rings was a little slow to get, since noone really had the prophecy early league. I got one really fast, buying the prophecy for 4c and the other ring a day or two later with another prophecy, which I both did my self for 2c. And got lucky with the amulet, got it for 25c :)

Again, thanks a bunch @Nerdicide, ive enjoy it alot and ive helped alot of people with uber lab carries so far. Maybe 10 or 15, which is awesome.
