How does this build work with all the aura's and very low mana?
I seem to run out of mana all the time and I can't find any manaregen in the build..

I'm doing fine with mana leach from acsendancy since it leeches like 1% of damage.

Getting the first ascendancy eliminates most of the mana problems. As long as you are hitting something you will have mana. You should only run out when leap slamming through the map. For me this is also one of the "pro's" of this build. No mana issues.

The elemental part of the damage does not show in tooltip. Added Fire Damage is the 6th gem to be added. The other four are all better.

It's not needed no, it just gives you the best dps boost. Using Chaos golem is fine also.

Life and resists until you are resist capped. After that it's Attack Speed, Increased Weapon elemental Damage and Inreased Physical Damage in that order.
You ca see my jewels in jewel section, all my jewels have 7% increased life.

Thanks for really great advice but i was looking towards 2handers that would be great until i get enough currency to get ngamahu/disfavour. For lvling at 55-60 lvls your adviced uniques are realy great, hope it'd be in the leveling part of build ^_^
Just go to poe.trade and look up all 2h axes with no less than 420 pdps. You should be able to get one for 30C or so.

It's in the Bandits, Ascendancy and Pantheon section.
Start with Pain Reaver , then Cloaked in Savagery , Crave the Slaughter and finally Aspect of Carnage
