I would drop the Belly and get Kaoms. Else use it for Ancestral Warchief linkdd with AOE, Blind, Maim, Curse on Hit and Enfeeble.

We don't get endurance charges. We just go for the base duration which is obviously very short but can prevent deaths on heavy physical hits.

What do you guys think about Ruthless support? Is it worth to swap for any other gem (like added fire)? DPS isn't calculated with it (it shows the same with or without Ruthless), but it will be like 40% increase, especially with multistrike. Is it worth trying or better to stick to the classic gems?

Hello, i'm now lvling with your build and trying to get best 2h axe for later gaming. Now i have just some ~20chaos and so i used PoB to calculate best cheap unique. Best are Hezmana(just dps and blood magic for full mana reservation) then Kaom's Primacy(cull is awesome) and wings of entropy(23 block chance seems like every 4th attack). So can someone help me am i right with it?

What level and where are you in terms of progression? I'm no expert, but it may be best for you to just search for high phys dps weapons.

I saw a 480 dps doomsower going for 7C, however it seems to be around 20C (at least on softcore). MUCH cheaper than even getting an average Ngahamu which seems to be around 60C right now?

You can get a Kondor's Pride (400phys dps) for anywhere from an alc to a chaos.

Sure these weapons and their effects aren't the best, but they're extremely cheap, high phys dps weapons to get you going, and if you are trying to get to vaal pact/grab life, you don't need to get the weapon DPS points yet anyways so it doesn't matter what happen you use.

And one more point about the doomsower. That thing can get to 500 phys dps, and honestly, probably at a much cheaper price than a rare axe or well-rolled unique.

However, I haven't played in a long time, I'm new to Path of Building, I don't know how path of building calculates Ngahamus conversion and the penetration? That weapon may still be better, I dunno. I'm coming into 3.0 without having seen any prior information.

i did it at 3.5k and managed to face tank cruel lab, should be good from there just make sure you cap your resists
