Legacy League Feedback

No league whatsoever introduced new content.

Wrong. Talisman introduced Ridwald and a whole new class of items. Prophecy introduced the Pale Council and the prophecies. Breach introduced the Breachlords. All that is new content, new encounters, with its own graphic and voice art. Legacy league introduced nothing.
I'm not complete 36 right now, because bad RNG (Perandus catalogue, prophecy chain, essence of horror, etc), but this league actually the most boring and unsatisfied league that I play.

I have 40/40 in Perandus, Prophecy, Essence and Breach.

This league introdused for us only ONE new mechanic - the Leaguestones. And bring back talismans and Breach. But how cool that leaguestones? It's a crap. Most of them are normal raryty and after complete spesific challenges you just vendor 3 onslaught for random one in hope that it be Perandus, for example.

Endgame grind is insane. But worst of all it's the fact that you have no real chose at this time. You must complete 4 of 6, but Pale council and Rigwald are near unreachable, so you have only 4 of 4, no 4 of 6. Who in your team GGG was thinking that it's be a good idea? That person play in PoE?

And how many currency in your opinion endgame grind cost? Yeah, I say cost, because obtain minimum of 100 midnight, minimum of 100 offering and minimum of 100 breachstones (that not main mechanic anymore, but still 100) by selfplay is... hard.

Yeah, you can coopirate with other people, but is not an answer. Especially for people with non top PC. You know GGG, your game make a common PC like atomic reactor which can explode at any time from the overload. So if you run breach domain... I just can't finish that in group, because my framerate drop to 10 even in solo. In breach league I'll be forsed to buy 60+ stones to finish endgame grind by myself.

Also, your philosophy did not work in reality. Even outside of endgame grind.

I think this time I will not seek the 40/40 perfection.

And, finally, relics. Right now I have two characters: 90 and 92 lvl. Right now I completed 486 tri-league t6+ maps. And I saw only 3 (three) reliquary keys. I opened all of that three and recieve...

Cybil's Paw
Perandus blazon (with 12% quantity)
and Taryn's Shiver.

Oh, come on! That league is the last league of 'old' PoE. Where my insane 1k Kaom's Heart, voidheart with 100% bleed/poison. 800%+ facebreakers and other 'broken' unique?

And, yes, I can accept the fact that I can open like 100 chests and did not see them, but seriously why keys is so rare? Right now more profitable sell keys instead of use them!

This. Is. Not. Fun.

Thank you for attention. Sorry for bad English.

The 36/40 is easy this league and honestly I think that was on purpose. 2.6 was never meant to exist, because they originally wanted to bring 3.0 a bit earlier, but you know how things went. They also likely thought that a lot of people might hop into the 3.0 beta once it is avaible.

lol You have never completed 36 challenges on your current account and you have the nerve to come in here and say it's easy this league? I expect that level of shit posting from a reddit poster who can hide behind their reddit profile. The only way to complete the rest of these challenges is to camp Trade 820 and that is what I'm currently doing when I boot the game up.
I just want to point out GGG explicitly said there was no real new content for this league. It's a filler flashback-esque league and I can't say they were dishonest about that.

key drops - yeah they overdid it with rarity considering you have another roll for items.

I do like the core leaguestone mechanic (choices and combos) and liked the slight unique and passive tree changes.

meta has been real stale tho.

I might try to lab farm to jumpstart a little... but idk. I can do the grinds, but is there really a reason to?

For me reason to do 40/40 is full challenge totem. I want six of them to complete my 'stonehenge of crossways' map device in hideout. I have 4 of 6, but totem from Legacy... no, actually no. Maybe by accident, if I still want to play after 36.

One endgame grind this time > all other challenges and character making/building/play as whole game together.
