[2.6] CI FrostBlades Raider/Pathfinder [Permafreeze T15 bosses, 4:17 Shaper Run, 1:49 Chayula timer]

Thanks for the build Invalesco! I really enjoy the playing this build! I was not a fan of FB, but to my surprise, it is really good haha. I am enjoying it, fast clearing, good at boss fight, and not squishie at all. I will use this build again for 3.0 as my starter haha.

I played about 10 builds this league. I made a pathfinder for EK then Barrage, but got kinda bored of that. I made a 5 off-colors Vaal Regalia RRRRGB for my test build, a cleave gladiator (failed miserably). So I was looking around to see what build uses those off-colors because I didn't wanna roll them off (spent like 6-7k chromes). Fortunately I found this one. Anyway, after looking at the gear sections, I notice that I have lots of them similar gears lying around in my stash. So I put them together and yeh, pretty awesome.



Crafted them jewelries.
Need better weapon. still trying to craft a better one haha, really hard
I manage to get all resist the same after ToH, so thats why you see my weird resist craftings.

My other two main are Zerker Brutus Lead Sprinkler Molten Strike and Guardian LL RF.

Did you guys craft or buy all those godly regalias?

When I see 950 ES and double res that's like 40-80 exalts.

Got bored so had a stab at crafting an upgrade to touch of anguish.
Forgot how frustrating weapon crafting can be!

Best I managed, which is a slight dps increase, but probably not worth losing the Anguish bonuses for - everything needed to be at least one tier higher!

Hey guys, any advice on crafting a claw? Should I spam alts until I get Tyrannical/Merciless % phys and regular flat phys/hyrbid? Then multicraft the rest?

In addition to that, I see that everyone seems to be using Eye Gougers. After looking at the Wiki, I can't seem to figure out why? It doesn't have the highest DPS, or attack speed, or crit chance, or even implicit... so I can only conclude that it is an OK all-rounder?

Eyes Gouger has the 2nd highest DPS after Imperial Claws, however, it has higher Crit, and we want the crit more than the .1 APS.

As for crafting the claws, I just Alts/Augs for a t1/t2 physical prefix (IPD, flat or hybrid) then Regal and hope for another t1/t2 physical prefix. Clear out unwanted suffix. Then multimod. (easy said than done haha, i am well over 5k of alts, and my only decent claw is about 330pdps)

There are other conditional keepers. For example, A t1 IPD with a t1 Attack Speed is a keeper for me(assuming no other useless suffix). Then multi mod for WED/FlatPhys/CritChance.

Thanks! I have about 19 ex liquid and could probably sell gear from another chars for about another 12 ex. My goal is to get a decent claw and skyforth in the league, but that might not be possible.

I'm thinking that it makes financial sense to try to spam a solid claw (about 330-350 pdps), which could possible save me some ex to finally grab those Skyforth.

That being said -- this build is AWESOME -- even in the budget version I have, I leveled to 90 super fast. Very fun. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a super fun, easy to make, build.

This build gave me easily most enjoyable mapping experience I ever had, with very little initial investment and overall scaled with gear upgrades amazingly well.

Conclusion:
I started this build with only ~6-7 ex worth of gear (claw costed me 4 ex, belt was self craft, boots where self enchanted) and even with just good claw and some average gear it was very satisfying to play and scaled with my investments pretty well. Big Thanks to Invalesco for this very well written and amazingly detailed guide! 10/10 would roll next league again.

P.S. I also tried to theorycraft life based raider as starter, and honestly if 3.0 balance changes will buff life and make pathing on lower right side less awkward it might be just good enough!

With regards to the gem levels - just level everything to 20 except for:
1. CWDT (no point leveling it to 20 as it will only triggers when you take 3.2k damage, which is kinda pointless if u only have 4k hp)
2. Gems that you intend to link to CWDT (make sure CWDT can trigger them)
3. Ancestral Warchief, shield charge and fortify (only as far as your strength attribute allows)

Also, under your Raider skill tree progression in the "Growing Pains" section.. going from 39 points to 54 points, you seem to have dropped the Thick Skin cluster. It comes back in later.

Yup its fine to use eye of the chayula if you don't have a great amulet but have good rings. If its about price, Valyrium is much cheaper. That said, Chayula will provide better stun protection as compared to Valyrium. Valyrium will also not be very useful if your ES isn't very high to begin with.

Glad you're enjoying the build! Yup if its DPS that you're after, an enchanted helm will definitely be a good upgrade. Do not forget about your jewels either. They provide a significant DPS boost.

Being able to attain equal tri-ele res even with ToH up is no mean feat, gratz! That's extra ele reflect protection for you! (as well as some bonus penetration for when Veteran Bowyer decides to grant extra fire/lightning damage.

The vast majority of godly regalias were probably crafted to begin with then traded around. Its a luxury item though, so don't get it yet if the rest of your gear are in need of upgrades!

Yes, I would still rate ToA higher haha :p decent attempt nonetheless!

That time is absolutely nuts. Congrats! With prices of Chayula drops going back up, a good time to start running them!

Had to give up after going 1/6 for blessing drops, put me at 50c remaining, but managed worked my way back up with some shaper service. Maybe I'll try again, but I really don't think I can beat your time - your gear is a bit better than mine (jewelry, at least - which is what makes us more even on a Biscos run, since I've got a better claw).

I don't understand where do you put the Fight for Survival.
It requiers 40dex in the range, but in your final build in Raider non of the socket slots has 40 dex around it...can you explain please?
