2. To feel power of amulet u need lightning res more than 75%, with flasks u have more than 75%, but not very much. Ur crit chance higher for every 1% of res higher than 75%.

U need lightning res highest of all for Wise Oak.

Want to test gems what will be better 23% quality or 21 lvl.

2. Barrage 21 lvl - better
3. Inc. Crit Damage 21 lvl - need test
4. Weapon Elem. Damage 21 lvl - need test

Kinetic blast setup:
1. Kinetic Blast 23% - need test
2. Pierce 23% or 21 lvl - need test
3. Greater Multiple Projectiles Support 23% or 21 lvl - need test

Or sm1 can test it byself with screens.

What gems best that i know:

Wrath (21) + Discipline (21) + Enlighten (4)
Lightning Golem (21/20)
Curse on Hit (20/23) + HoI (21) + Inc. AoE (21/20) + Poacher's Mark (21/20)

Hey have your tried removing the curse on hit and running Empower 4 enlighten 4 HOI WRATH?

Use bloodrage for frenzy.

I got like 4k more dmg like that.

Empower 4 - 5,5ex, Enlighten 4 - 4ex = 9.5ex

And for 4 lvl Empower u need 96 Str (Main problem).

Classic gem setup.

DPS in HO with auras + golem
Barrage - 52763, KB - 55171

+ Flasks
Barrage - 71811, KB - 72422

As u see it ups our DPS greatly. But i don't like it due to Blood Rage.

With Blood Rage mapping is as Run, Kill, Run, Kill... if u stopped for several seconds, Blood Rage can kill you :D

Yea with that budget you can get everything of course :P I like the CI variant because it focuses heavily on one element (lightning damage) and you can ignore other stuff^^

1.Piscator has about way lower damage (40-50% less). anbugz did a comparison ;) (ty @anbugz)
2.lightning resis should be the highest of all (wise oak mechanic)

Of course you can change the build how you like ;) I don't use bloodrage since I already got lots of dps^^

Hmm I don't have much time lately so I probably won't be able to test everything. But saying from knowledge and experience I would say:

Barrage Setup (all gems at least 20% quality):
1. lvl 21 is best
2. lvl 21 is best
3. no noticable difference. 23% quality is stronger on paper tho (0.25% more but it gets rounded down i think).
4. lvl 21 is best
5. lvl 21 is best

KB setup:
1. lvl 21 is best
2. lvl 21 is best
3. lvl 21 is best

Why lvl 21 is better in most cases? Because of the multiplier. And any math involving a multiplier is waaaay better than a increased/reduced property.
