The wand is good. Crit multi is better, because it has the greatest multiplier value (with the only condition that the multiplier works on crit.) :D

Only have an open prefix so that's as far as i can go. Comparing it to that reddit thread and looking up it's pretty decent having 102% total spell dmg. (I know shit about wands)

Finally hit 91 on my PF and did all Guardians and Shaper deathless except for Chimera. Was running around with no flask charges and getting swiped at looking for him in his fog. Face tanked all of Shaper except his slam (only at 8.2k ES and no basalt). Everything was a breeze pretty much.

Feels a bit slower without having any attack speed on my wand, but it works since I usually one or two shot everything. My current tooltip at hideout with auras and golem up is 33k for barrage at 0.39 attack speed. Doing Guardians and Shaper I opted for a Silver flask instead of a Basalt and it worked out well.

Nice that you like it. Yea I use a silver flask versus shaper and a basalt flask versus guardians. In my opinion, Guardians are way more rippier than Shaper himself, because of map mods/certain leaguestones.

I wanted to chirp in here and post my build. Using POB and min maxing, I moved a few things around on the tree.

With my current gear I am at 8500ish ES and am able to kill all content comfortably. For t16 boss, shaper, uber I run Choir of the Storm and a +1 level gem Thunderfist. For mapping I drop down to 8k es and run Biscos and Legacy Sadima's. I am about 10% away from 96.

I dropped depth perception, a couple of the leech nodes, a couple of ES nodes around void barrier, and picked up Crackling Speed, Influence(offset the es loss) and sniper.

According to POB, this should be theoretically the most DPS for my level and set of gear. I still need to upgrade a few pieces of gear, but overall I delete everything before t16 bosses.

Do you think that 80 EX budget gonna be enough to reach ur killing speed?

played Raider LL before but without Skyforths and Choir and damage felt low even though i had higher HO DPS then u. Probably Crit Chance from Choir changes a lot :P

I have now bigger budget, so im curious if its possible to get that killing speed

Yea sure, I don't mind tweaking around the build^^ It's just a rough guideline :P Wanders are just op :P

Yes, 80 ex is plenty. Don't get fooled by tooltips, we are doing lightning damage only and 1.penetration and 2.correct crit chance with diamond flask are NOT counted in tooltip!

According to Path of Building the Wander does around 250000 dps per barrage burst. Flask effects apparently are not counted, so it's way more.

Are you familiar with crafting mechanics?

Use shrieking/deafening essences of wrath and try to get at least T1 spell damage, T1 spell damage / mana hybrid and/or T1 Elemental damage with weapons. You also need an open suffix for haku's suffixes deletion (prefixes cannot be changed --> scour) and elreon's multimod craft (attack speed and crit chance and one prefix depending on rolled affixes).
It probably will cost 4-6 ex, depending on how lucky you are with crafting.

But it's late in the league already, maybe check poe.trade, i think there are some decent ones.

yeah but wands crafted like this and multimoded are like 15EX each, considering Skyforths are 40EX that would take a good chunk of the budget for that 2 items

You can grab Shrieking essences at like 3c each and buy 2ex worth. Odds are you'll hit a t1/t2 WED, Cold, Spell dmg roll eventually. It's an additional 4ex to craft on top of that.

It's almost always cheaper I find to craft your own wand. You basically have 11ex to hit a t1 prefix.

I started playing the LL Raider wander build (the one you link as alternative) but after sinking LOADS of currency it wasnt simply working, the ES pool was low, the dmg was so-so and I was feeling really disappointed.

Then I found your build and it has worked wonders! Im doing all game content and I can burst down almost all the enemies.

Can you help me out finishing this build? What should I improve? Thanks a lot!

A couple of suggestion, If you want more kb damage I'd get a +1 thunderfist and if you want more dmg against guardians/shaper I'd get a ele weakness on hit thunderfist for those. (I paid 1ex for +1 and i paid 2 ex for the ele weak) I know shit about wands so i can't help you there.

I was looking at your tree and you have a point coming from the left of the CI node and you have the whole Written in blood wheel. I"d drop either the left point or 2 from written and you'll have a point or 2 there to spend on the witch starting wheel.


Personally i changed the way the tree went dropping the acc node and getting more crit. I'm currently at 90% acc with golem and 88 without. I also dropped the charisma cluster and with the current setup still sitting at 190 mana.
