Wraeclast is a fantastically dark and twisted place; a place where selfishness, cruelty, and vanity more often than not wins out over truth, good and righteousness. Our protagonists have been shaped by this world and often seem to be driven by selfish, if not nefarious, motives.

Are our characters heroes? Are we the good guys, or is the good wrought by our actions largely incidental?

Any insight, general or specific, in the philosophical landscape of Path of Exile: it's pantheons, faiths, good/evil, right/wrong, would be really neat.

Thank you GGG for one (if not the one) of the greatest PC games ever created. As a lifetime PC gamer, of 34 years, I can say without reservation, you have created a masterpiece of PC enjoyment. I have played POE since the very beginning, when back in the day you had to have a key to play. (insert nostalgic grin here) With this I have seen many changes over the years, some I have loved, and some I have groaned over. (Maybe still)

1) As a life player, (not a huge fan the ES unbalance) please a greater buff to life/evasion or life/armor play style.

2) Please make melee fun again! Your introduction of Earth Quake was an exciting addition, we need more new melee skill like this. (Or buffs to the old ones) Path of Rangers, needs to change.

3) Any chance Leaguestones may become permanent?
Just a suggestion keep Legacy Leaguestones permanent! (Just as you added Prophecy and Prophecy coins) maybe a reduction to leaguestone drop frequency, BUT PLEASE CONSIDER THIS. (It's too good to just put on a shelf)

5) Please raise map drop rates! (just a little will help)

6) Any new Vaal Skill gems coming?

7) Take a moment pat yourselves on the back, and know you have given us something great. (I look forward to playing everyday)

Any changes in the works for balancing types of mitigation?

ie ES vs Life, and Evasion/Armour/Resists?

Any plans to make resists more relevant as actual mitigation, or to soften the 75% cap some more?

There seems to have been a push in recent times to provide relevancy to resists past the resist cap (the perfect form, formless inferno, etc), but are there more plans to make plain old resists relevant to resisting damage?

Clarification:

Currently Resists tend to get capped then ignored (outside of builds running a purity), which is mostly opposite of every other form of mitigation which continues to scale somewhat. This serves to make defenses far too skewed towards flat pool based (life/ES) rather than attempting to mitigate the damage, as raising resists past 75 has a much greater opportunity cost than simply getting higher Life/ES rolls or more Life/ES nodes.

Larger EHP is far more accessible overall than medium/lower EHP and mitigation, as you need to stack one form of physical mitigation on top of having some EHP as well, and then look into increasingly more obscure ways to compensate for the resist cap (or reach for other similarly difficult stats like spell-dodge or spell-block) to allow your lower health pool to compete against elemental damage as well.

So PoE is cominf on Xbox One , Are you considering PS4 as a platform for your game too , or does Microsoft have exclusive rights for PoE ?
Topic: Loot drop generation & quantity

Having such high number of loot drops made a loot filter absolutely necessary.

What I'm starting to question is if generating such a high number of loot drops is necessary. Is this strictly necessary to ensure the respect for the defined relative probabilities of the different item types dropping? Is this not impairing / affecting performance unnecessarily? Could not the drops be influenced (even if partially) by the class you're currently playing?
How do you feel about Lab traps being so punishing to low armor evasion builds, compared to full armor?

Any plans of changing how traps interact with evasion (similar to how they do interact with armor)?

- What's your honest opinion on Scion/Ascendant class? Is she fine/being reworked/you have no idea what to do with her?

- Can tell us something about the "development history" of double dip mechanics (Poison and Ignite mostly)? Was it 100% intended, the result of some miscalculations from the design team, or some unpredicted behaviour of the game code?
Are there any plans to add alternatives for getting ascendancy points?
