[R.I.P.] life Mjolner done right by Rico - Juggernaut version - R.I.P. thx to "balancing" policy

Hello Guys :)

I just came to that build and decided to play that in the new 3.1 league :)

I clicked now nearly every page and found the blashemy - enfeeble version on page 10 i think it was.

is there a change to add a version with double curse? (ele weakness from gloves + enfeeble aura?)

and don't know, is there something else like RF? maybe warchief for the boss fight? would like to have max. sustain and not burn my life and lower the regeneration.. :D

would be nice if someone plays something like that to post the items (with gems) :)

These gloves look really nice with a Voll's Protector version of this build. Repentance gloves are already a strong option though.

Furthermore, how do you heal with a Crit version? I lack the experience of such a build.
What do you guys think?

/edit: On a second thought, it does not make much sense for a Discharge build. Only the generation is more stable. The Discharge damage itself is not buffed at all...

The most important thing are a patch notes right now. Vaal Pakt allready confirmed to be nerfed, fingers crossed for Kingsguard ;d

Well they already provided the nerfs, so we can only hope that the rest will be buffs and not more nerfs. Maybe this build will actually received a buff, will see in a couple of days. Can't wait to try it soon.

Patch notes landed. Now, when insta leech from Vaal Pakt is dead, this Mjolner version looks like the only choice. And that doesnt make me happy tbh.

Also with Intimidate nerf, which belt will u suggest instead of deceiver?

With the new to Vaal Pact we will certainly see many mjölner builds to cease from existence.
I am unsure how to keep Mjölner viable for endgame content such as Uber Atziri or Shaper with the removal of instant leech as this was crucical to facetank Vaal Oversoul and the obnxoious trio.

Pathfinder Mjölner should still be the best choice with a legacy vinktar/acuity if one wants to tackle hyper-endgame content as other builds such as my own Mjölner Berserker build or the Juggernaut just doesn't pull off enough dps.

However with VP closer to Marauder and Mjölner's "usual" skill tree pathing, it should be a good option if one wants to continue face-tanking bosses. (maybe even necessary)

I will attempt to tackle Uber Atziri in the next patch with my Mjölner again and see if I can do it comfortably.

@Grevious10 this build doesnt depend on leech or vaal pakt and several players who pushed it in the min-maxing region was able to farm shaper without much of an issue.

This one has unique (literaly) healing mechanics that remains the same in 3.1 and it might become the best way of fast life recovery after those vaal pakt nerfs. At least for mjolner build.

Regarding the belt after botd nerf and no tfu in 3.1 - a solid +1 endu rare with +str and life will be bis imo.

I can't decide what to roll for next league. This looks like solid options because it was such a faceroll in uber lab to farm it. Does mjolner builds are decent for starting? Or just level as a spell caster and then reroll? Starting with mjolner and arc + shock nova and then going deeper in to discharge?

You can't level as discharger + Mjolner lvl60.

So, you can't start the build as "Mjolner build".
