Maybe damage wise, defense wise I'd still prefer TFU.
For that purpose a week ago or so I tried BotD with +1 EC and died to Shaped Cemetery Bosses quite quickly. Switched back to TFU w/o EC and I leeched way better. Also the uptime of IC helped for surivability ofc. Dunno what the math says, from my experience I would still go TFU.

I want to get UBer Atziri and shaper ready.

Looks good but consider some minor yet important tweaks if u plan to do shaper:

1) Craft cold dmg to attacks on your ring (or change ring) and drop herald of ice for purity of ice. Good opal ring works best.

2) Add quality to your rf gem for global spell dmg increase.

3) +1 charge Deciever > TFU without +1 so use it.

4) Consider droping 4l rf setup, leave just rf gem alone, add 3 link curse setup: Vengence - 20/20 Curse on hit - 20/20 enfeeble or 20/20 ele weakness if u have 6k+ life.

Rico thank you very much for you reply and critique. I will attempt to make the necessary changes you explained. The ring I know will be hard to replace because of balancing the resistances for wise oak.

Also is the reason for using a curse on hit set up with vengeance rather than a cwdt set up is for the purpose of using a maxed out curse?

And as far as the belt goes is the reason for using deceiver purely for offensive purposes?

I actually switched to deceiver already last night when I started to use Scolds. And let me say when you use this build with scolds IT feels like you took a zerker and combined it wiht a jugg. Because you get the defense of a jugg and it feels like the damage of a zerker lol.

Deciever is not only for ofence it is also +hp and reduces critical dmg you take. Bul ol_baid has a point that healing will be still better with TFU belt.

Yes Curse on hit setup is for using lvl 20 curse. With guardians/shaper theres is a 80% penalty to any curse so every increase in curse eff matters (so quality on gems as well).

I am right now using your awesome build, but I have a question. Can you tell me why my discarge dosent trigger that often like yours do in the vidoes? :/

dont know how to put in my gear (still new to poe) but my profil is open, the char name is Pholz, so you can see my current gear.

I hope it's ok to answer for Rico instead. You don't wear Romira's Banquet, so you don't generate power charges with non critical strikes.

I didn't load your profile in PoB, but I guess you don't have the 4,5-4,7 APS breakpoint for Cyclone yet, which also means 1 Discharge less per second (you can check the spreadsheet of Rico in the first post of this thread to see how many APS = how many Discharges/second with TFU 17%+ Cooldown which you have).

What about Malachai's Loop and the upcoming Shock chest for a Discharge build?

Most probably not for this build as we rely on the Kingsguard heal, maybe for Zerker? Also I'm not sure if Discharge "eats up" the charges before Malachai's loop can.
