You are procing 4.5x2x0.39 = 3.51 times per sec before charges (if u have 100% chance to hit ofc). When everything is on and going you are procing to max. But im talking 33% cc before charges (without diamond flask) and the need to proc 5 times per sec with 4.59 aps. Its not going to happen and if I have stats req met allready Im gonna stick with Mjolner for now.

You know I'm playing zerk discharge yes? Will be different depends if I use rf. But I also use 5linked pledge to give me arcane surge for 45seconds too so I can do with just that and no rf if you would like to see ill need to switch two points from life back to my 6th endurance charge. At the moment I am testing having 2nd intuitive leap on the right side for another frenzy for green dream and bisco clearing. I need to level to 97 then I will get back my charge but was easier on me to drop 1 charge since I'm only using volls to kill bosses these days.
Edit: Here is a white minotaur but I forgot my faster attacks gem so my attack speed wasn't correct I normally keep cull in my cyclone when just doing normal mapping to kill rares faster without volls. I ended up using my one from shield charge which is level 21/20. I normally run with level 14/20 to keep myself under 4.8 after taking a savage hit. So I would of been missing a lot of procs, but took me around 37 seconds without rf using arcane surge on a 5link to give me 45seconds buff. I'll add video link as soon as it finishes processing. Fight starts at 5:05 and finishes at 5:42.

Here you go rico. I probably shouldn't have run enfeeble now I think about it but you can see it is still firing fine even enfeebled. Video quality will clear up in a few mins you know how you tube is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zoixRF04TnY

Also don't forget you are making it so you only get charges from volls so you are relying on crits when you don't crit you wont have any power charges to discharge too, so even using mojolner wont give you a discharge unless you crit with something first to have charges to use up.

Could I get an answer regarding the Glacial Hammer matter btw?

Use whatever you like better, its your choice. But at least remove support gems that gives you nothing, like mpd.

Could you also provide a list of your current jewels?? I am having some problems getting my resists maxed since I recently began using Voll's. This build feels great since I equipped it, but being at 50-60% no flask is scary

Try this out gives me around 120k more damage and works like romiras you discharge all the charges before it removes them and shocks you. I would need to run ruby and topaz flasks I think to deal with the extra damage to be safe but seems nice and takes me to 8 power charges. Would need to give up the 2nd discharge though because ill need added accuracy in my links. But with Inya's it's very strong.

@ _Ka0tiC_ the question is: can your build generate 8 power charger for each discharge? I have my doubts. If you plan to drop saffels and its +max resistances and its ~30 spell dmg you will be better with rare es shield with good 80+ spell dmg inc roll and +100 to life roll.
