You need the purities to res cap. Herald of Ash might do something but the others aren't going to add much and ash will ruin EE on your cyclone, which I'm guessing overall is less damage. Honestly I don't think the spell block change will really affect this much since there is nothing other than saffels anyway.

I actually have been thinking about trying this as a scion myself, and was thinking templar/elementalist for more pen and damage taken.

I tried Scion (with different combinations) and Witch Elementalist in 3.2. Scion was underperforming in every aspect while Witch was quite good but not better and more expensive at the same time. For Witch I went EE road instead of heralds as this still provides more dmg and also perma RF with +1 Regen gloves and lvl 21 empowered stone golem. I was able to beat all the guardians and Elder with Which but Shaper was pain in the ass.

The hidden gem in Juggs dps department is that high number of max endu charges with 25% for maxing them all the time. Not to mention about life sustain. The only other Ascendancies that can currently match this are: Templar/Inqusitor, when going crit road (but its tricky) and Marauder/Berserker (but you will sacrifice tankiness). Personally I would focus only on those to see if new block/spell block thing can somewhat match the pure tankiness of the jugg.

However (from my experience with various block builds) with block you have to pray to rng god otherwise this or that will one shot you. With Juggs tankiness, that works all the time, this is something you really dont need to worry about. Quite important especially vs Shaper.

The only block build that worked for me was good old BoR + WoE by Ogrec. That thing had capped block/spell block with dodge/spell dodge and evasion. 3 layers of rng defence that when combined provided like 95% overall dmg mitigation. Something that is no longer possible due several nerfing patches.

- You may choose to use double phys taken as elemental Watchers Eye jewel. I just squeezed out a little charge generation.
- Double corrupted phys taken as elemental Saffell's Frame is another choice. But i didn't want to give up 8% all res and 1% max resists.
Rico will u ever try a LL version of mjolner again with the ES on hit watcher's eye. I think u could be suprised on how good it can be.

I dunno. Im barely playing this game. I should even say I stopped playing it after Abyss. The only thing that keeps me here is this build guide beacuse I feel a need to stay in touch with game changes just to provide an updated info for you guys so you can enjoy the build in new patches/leagues. However Im seriously considering to pass over this build's legacy to someone to continue this work.

That said I updated the guide for 3.4 (not really and update as there are barely any changes) with the new 3.4 PoB pastebin link at the top.

Well i would have been really happy to take on the mjolner guide but i don't really play JUGG/life build i mostly play it on ES version since i play std.

Well i hope u will find something to enjoy.

Indigon gives you an insane Spell damage buff provided you spend enough mana, but PoB doesen't calculate that, so one usually just adds 1-2k spell damage to the item to "simulate" you having spent a great deal of mana recently.
Ok so I guess without legacy VoV it wont work as mana cost gets ridiculous high quite fast, rendering it useless in a temp league.

There must be another way.
