Ascendency points and Oriath (aka remove Labyrinth mandatoriness)
" You entirely missed it. It reveals the nature of the "challenge". Trap "difficulty" is bypassed by cheap cheesy tricks, and you don't need a dedicated char to run fast and safe (the video was an intentional exaggeration). And at the end it's uber Izaro the only eventual challenging aspect of it. Under certain conditions, not always. I do agree that a berserker with abyssus, no basalts and 0% MS sounds like a challenge. But it doesn't prove a point. Was just impressed by the previous post - a pathetic attempt to find challenge where it doesn't exist, and use it as a tool to shine with superiority and elitism over the "noob haters". While people usually hate lab for different reasons, unrelated to difficulty. This is a buff © 2016

[vocal minority intensifies]
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

Just give me the points at 40, 60, 80. What if dweller in the deep was multiple dungeons taking forever, it would be boring but you still had to do it to get that skill point. Getting DC and do the whole thing = ragequit.

I actually disliked the uber lab at first but I realized it was pretty easy. I just got stuck in the though "what a pain" and thought it was lame. After I completed it for the first time, I realized that it was challenging and required a bit more than mindless attacking. It was pretty enjoyable and now I actually like it. It's also very lucrative and is a great addition to the game. It feels more like a raid then any map could provide. I honestly wish some maps had the same kind of map layouts so it could have more of a raid type feel. It feels pretty rewarding to do lab as opposed to maps. I enjoy it and it took time to learn how to do it. I've failed a few times but it was worth it.

Lab is easy once you put some effort to learn it. I mean Uber lab is a level 75 - tier 8 yellow boss zone. The only thing that makes him dangerous is his mechanicsm stuff, which can be easily deactivated (you either touch or kill 3 of his shit in the platform)
If you are es based and have problem with traps, use vitality aura, spec out of VP (only cost 1 regret), use The Sorrow of the Divine + stone golem to offset the trap dmg before the op es recharge kicks in. And spam movement skill or silverflask to run past it. |

But if the labyrinth stops being mandatory we wouldn't have an infinite source of salt.
(that being said, don't expect GGG to move AP without a worthy replacement, and even then you may whine about that replacement too) Add a Forsaken Masters questline

Lab is already extremely rewarding—I don't feel a need to hide ascendancy points behind it. Lab would still be profitable, and just as dangerous, if it existed as an optional side area. Lab would also still be required to min-max your gear with enchantments. Ascendancy, though, is a core gameplay element, and I don't feel that forcing HC players into a rippy trap-infested plethora of rooms follows proper design.
Ascendancy should be a given from progression; enchantments and phat loot should be enough to drive players into that hell called lab. |

Vaal Discipline is very good for ES characters to just rush worst part of the lab (most of the time there is one very long part full of traps)
Izaro could be in 75lvl zone, howewer sometimes he hits harder than T15 bosses (if u do it with all keys) |

Labyrinth was always the most boring part of the game to me.
Too bad that its staying, i was interested in coming back for the new acts. Nevermind then. |

Lab is the most stupid thing GGG has ever done. It's a waste of time and make the whole game boring.
