Balancing Legacy Unique Items

Indirectly buffing one of my divination cards, now I just need 3D art on Cameria's and a fated version!
CharanJaydemyr:some people need to really rethink how they spend their money....I will trash this item if I ever find it on principle...I've seen much cleverer "troll" items get turned down, so I guess GGG gave up trying to enforce that one. Not GGG's finest hour.

Its a good move from GGG to revisit and revamp old uniques, rather than just pumping out new shiny ones. I hate games with a lot of forgotten underpowered older items.

Bring back the +1K HP Kaom's Heart. Also Bringer of Rain. While you're at it, buff life nodes so that I can stop playing Path of Blue Life. ^_^

It is nice to see some older items get some love and attention. I am very pleased that this doesn't look like it will automatically affect existing items. If the GGG team has time (or if they can do it periodically through various leagues and patches) it would be nice to see some of the lower and mid range uniques get a review and see if they can be made more useful.

So Shavronne's Revelation gains mana when used in right ring slot where you'd usually use bloodmagic to bypass the no regen restriction... and gains ES when used in the left ring slot where it's most useful for a MoM type build... guess need some creativity how to use this right... EB/MoM with leech or Aegis Aurora I guess?
