can someone clarify the old trolltimber was 1% of damage leeched as life
the new one is 0.5? does this mean a shitty shield that no one ever used is being nerfed? I have a shop in standard and there has never been any demand for this shield and this sounds like a nerf. Whatever army I have, I'll lead against them...

Nerfs
The nerfs are coming Balancing legacy unique items goes both ways. If they're buffing, be prepared for the reverse. Legacy kaoms down to 500. This is the buff life needs. Give it the mjolnir treatment, 500 without fire damage gg no re. Prepare for legacy flask apocalypse. Rumi? rip. Vinktar? rip. Sell everything. Skyforth probably goes legacy too. Prepare for the nerfs. Get your diapers ready. Never underestimate what the mod community can do for PoE if you sell an offline client.
