Can Knitted Horror's please get added to dried lake Desecrate table?

He means that with some ninja change to Desecrate happened and monsters that are not Desecrate excluded can now appear via Desecrate.

For instance, take just about any Undying corpse (Undying Alchemist, that for sure works in my experience) and Raise Spectre it. Go into a white map (to prevent user error) and cast Desecrate a couple times and you should get a map level Undying Alchemist. Make sure your Desecrate is leveled to map level (again to prevent user error).

So if I get some lvl 68 flame sentinel from etnernal lab, then go into any T15 map, and desecrate, I will get T15 flame sentinel corpses to appear?

Does this always work or just sometimes? I tested twice and it doesn't seem to work.
