Is the part that ruins me appling...sigh...I'd love to work there...Saying their work environment is just as good/amazing as the game(sorry) Path of Exile is(very important to spell out the true D3).

I am surprised that the customer support is not a work at home position. This day and age there are many work at home jobs that do not require someone to be at the office, such as this. It would probably be easier to fill the night shift positions from countries in different time zones.

I even work from home as a simulation engineer for the automotive industry.

I am not a 3D artist nor a Linux system administrator but I am 100% sure that my skills would be a great benefit for Grinding Gear Games.
