Because incompetence isn't a justification to fire someone that work for the government.

There is impeachment. They can but they wouldn't. We have something call vote of no confidence where you can remove someone in position of power where they are deemed unfit to hold that position. Gross incompetence is valid justification.

I'm fairly convinced if you guys survive this President you're going to see a whole *bunch* of new laws and restrictions related to who can be President and what they can do while they're serving. Because no one in the White House on either side of the fence likes who's sitting in the big chair. Not because he's there to fix their shit but because he's proven himself a massive block on the basic business of government. It's hard to drain a swamp when you're as big a plug as Trump -- not that he ever really wanted to do that. He just wanted to replace the ecosystem with something more beneficial to himself. Anyone who thought Donald Trump was actually going to get rid of the corruption in the White House was a fucking idiot.

The USA political election system is never going to change. True story: once there was an elected USA politician who thought that if too many people gathered on an island at the same time, the island would tip over, like a boat.

If they did not change the election rules after that, they will never change.

The USA political system was not designed to be able to handle massive social systems, like government run healthcare. The people of the USA are not going to vote to rip up the constitution and start over, so if you want competently run government healthcare, your best bet is to move to Canada (or somewhere further away with it ect).

Edit: Doesn't the election of Donald trump prove that USA politicians should never be in charge of healthcare? It sure does to me!

The idea of USA politicians controlling healthcare is terrifying. I would rather put my dog in charge of my healthcare.

I don't even know your dog but I would rather him/her be in charge of hc than any American politician.

They are massively stupid. And the corruption? OMIGOD. It is so bad! And all the while the dummies speak of rep or dem but they are all corrupt. Two party system does that.

My dog is an Australian Shepherd named Chase. True fact: Chase is smarter then 90% of USA politicians.

Thank you!

While we're at it, let's drop the term "Social Justice Warrior." It is much more accurately replaced with "Social Justice Poser."

The electoral college is a great thing, otherwise Commiefornia alone would decide every election.

California's EC votes are like the head start you give the slow kid in a footrace. Without those votes, the Dems would have almost no chance in a US presidential general election. It's the one reason I might be content to see a Calexit. =^[.]^=

"Social Justice Poser" isn't uniquely left wing.
For the sake of intellectual honesty, People aren't intellectually honest to begin with.
Plenty of walls of text from people in this thread who don't like President Trump, but who nonetheless provide him lots and lots of space in their heads, rent free.

Speaking of walls (in this case, the kind folks have been saying will never be built):

Even MSNBComintern is covering this.

Thousands of Americans Will Scream Helplessly at the Sky on Trump's Election Anniversary

Over 4,000 Facebook users have RSVP'd—another 33,000 are interested in attending—to the Nov. 8 event being held in Boston that is literally titled "Scream helplessly at the sky on the anniversary of the election."

Not exactly the "Shot heard 'round the world."

For my part, I'd sooner eat popcorn, point fingers, and laugh. =^[.]^=

Well, your forum mod buddies are on the job. Hard to forum pvp when there's a bias. Must be the 'Ruler of Wraeclast' influence. Perhaps when I've spent as much as the average working family pays for an automobile, I can post freely in the forum too?

I swear that I didn't report it. I was enjoying myself deeply. You were on the ropes and anyone watching could see it. Pretty sure Support did you a favour. ^_^

And FWIW I haven't wasted this time. I did a lot of research to share with you my views on income tax across different countries. So I feel enriched, even if your ultimate response was 'yeah, well, say that to my face!'

Take care now. It's been...edutaining.

The comparative income tax information is indeed useful, and something to take into consideration.
