Donald Trump and US politics
"The only part of their plan they couldn't control was the general election itself, and it might be because Alex Jones and Roger Stone promoted poll-watching activism that it couldn't be rigged there, too. " Trump is president because of his ability to manipulate people incl. the media and stupid voters. Last edited by Schmodderhengst on Oct 17, 2017, 8:39:29 PM

"Are you high? Does it honestly appear to you that Trump has the media under his control? No President in the last fifty years has had less control over the media. You're unironically saying this about a guy whose media presence hallmark is shitposting on Twitter. I almost added to my previous post that Alex Jones is at worst crazy and at best a kind of anti-establishment libertarian John Stewart. His content is often more, um, entertainment than information. But still, I think his advocacy for watching the polls during last year's general was good security against possible vote tampering, albeit a tad™ alarmist. " I've never defended her. I am saying what she says and does in NO WAY makes Trump's actions more acceptable. He is garbage with or without her. |

" Garbage you say? Guess how large quantities of the aid we sent to Puerto Rico ended up? As garbage. Here's Puerto Rico's Secretary of State,Luis G. Rivera Marín, showing the despicable way in which emergency supplies were mishandled by local authorities. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygGlKSy6RMU

Just part of the reason the FBI is conducting investigations into what some of these mayors and local officials were doing: SAN JUAN, PR—Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Douglas A. Leff, of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) San Juan Field Office, announced the following: “The FBI has received numerous complaints of mishandling and misappropriation of emergency supplies provided by the federal government for the people of Puerto Rico, by local government officials. We are working to quickly determine any basis for criminal charges against any public official who would abuse their office and the people of Puerto Rico in this manner. In order to help us present all available evidence to federal and state prosecutors, anyone with information, pictures, recordings, or any other material that relates to this type of conduct is asked to call 1-800-CALLFBI(1-800-225-5324).” https://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices/sanjuan/news/press-releases/fbi-seeking-public-assistance-about-misappropriation-of-emergency-funds http://www.foxnews.com/us/2017/10/12/fbi-in-puerto-rico-investigating-mishandling-fema-supplies.html PoE Origins - Piety's story http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2081910

The man is garbage. He's a disgrace to the human race.

" That's terrible... That said, I doubt it's Hillary's fault (or Trump) that it happened. The people responsible for such mishandling of emergency supplies needs to be caught, trialed and dismissed of their functions in addition to jail time. " Let's remedy that, with the most outspoken of Trump's rule breaking critics Rick Reilly who said in a WaPo article "The only other person that Reilly remembers cheating as much as Trump? None other than Bill Clinton." The Golf Channel disputed the veracity of Oscar De La Hoya's claims by noting that Trump would have to have driven 2 balls 300 yards to hit the water, as Oscar claimed "Oscar De La Hoya's story about their round at Trump's Los Angeles course, where he claims the leading Republican presidential nominee hit two balls in the water on No. 1, seems a little unlikely after a look at the hole. The only water on the first hole is surrounding the green, roughly 300 yards from the tee box. So unless Trump got unlucky after striping a couple of beauties that would make a PGA Tour player jealous, it appears De La Hoya may have misremembered a couple of his playing partner's shots." http://www.golfchannel.com/news/grill-room/de-la-hoya-heres-how-trump-cheats-golf/ So does Trump cheat at golf? While I'm inclined to doubt people who come out of the woodwork to criticize him AFTER he becomes president, there were some complaints long before (2011) his current run - so I would say it's plausible, or quite likely he and his caddies play fast and loose with the rules. http://www.golfwrx.com/forums/topic/449915-trump-is-a-golf-cheat/ PoE Origins - Piety's story http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2081910 Last edited by DalaiLama on Oct 17, 2017, 11:29:00 PM

Again, It doesn't matter a rat's posterior what Either Clinton, Tiger Woods or George Washington does or did on the golf course or anywhere else. Today, they are NOT the POTUS.
|
|
That entirely depends on his starting point.
If he start at the yellow or red marks, with the distance of water from the start, it's entirely possible he hit the water twice. That being said, it doesn't say that he got into the water on the starting shot. It's very plausible that he did his first shot and got in the fairway then the subsequent shots went into the water.
