about arcing blow: If u can afford to take it then yes do so it is a pretty strong node

Would this build be viable as league starter? I don't really care about Shaper or Guardians. One of my friends Will play aurabot so I'm thinking to play this CI?

^^ it should be if a friends playing aurabot you can also go ci, (which will be cheaper to start with) steelmage was first to 100 in hc with a mine wander playing with an aurabot.

I like the idea of this build a lot and want to play it for legacy league. Like the other person mentioned, how brutal would this be without the higher end stuff? IE: no chayula ammy for stun immunity and no shav's. Seems like that would be one of the 'holy crap this this immediately' items or an eye of chayula initially.
I have several friends that want to play; most of which are new (like 100% straight up new) so no aura bot or anything like that. Just trying to decide if I should play something that is "cheap" to get running and mapping...then make some currency to fund this character. |

" I don't suggest you make this a starter build because you need a lot of currency to begin with, 6 link shavs and LL are vital for the build and so is chayula. |

" Sir, enchant with additional projectile on crown of eyes makes this build unstoppable. The 3 projetile you see on the vid is from volley fire jewel which is useless because it doesn't shotgun on single-target. Kinetic blast on 4 link is much better AOE and clear-speed for packs.
