Yeah, that should be plenty for Uber Lab. I was doing around T8 maps without *too* many issues when I did Uber, so that should be a decent benchmark. I wouldn't worry too much about resists in the lab, it's mostly physical. Just don't let him get buffed and you'll be fine. Even then, you're probably good.

Alright I'll do that tomorrow first thing then. Any suggestions on what to improve for my gear next? I am going to try to 6l my chest tomorrow too. I have 5-6 ex left to spend too and figured my rings/neck would be best to improve first or would helmet?

Had to go back a few pages to find your gear. The 2 things that stand out immediately because they are cheap are:
- Drop the ignite silver flask for The Wise Oak flask
- Bless your belt to 20es implicit

Then, the rest. In no particular order:
- 30/12/12 claws
- More int on helm, boots, rings
- 6L chest
- Astramentis amulet
- More Elemental damage on rings

As for order, I'd just run from cheapest to most expensive. Every little thing is going to have an effect at this point, and they'll all add up pretty quick.

Edit: Re-roll your mana flask as well. The speed that it refills your mana doesn't matter, you can't use it that fast anyway, and you'll be immune to elemental effects most of the time as soon as you finish the uber lab.

Thanks for the suggestions, I didn't want to keep re-linking my gear and spamming :> so thanks for going back few pages to look at it.

The Wise Oak Flask that good? I see many people using it and was going to grab one for myself earlier. Alright I'll do that with my belt, was going to maybe look for one with more resists (since I'm 2% off cold resist cap and was thinking of dropping my ammy which has 25% cold resist too).

Would you suggest grabbing an Astramentis or looking for a good/cheap 3rat talisman? Since I keep hearing astra isn't good except for a starter ammy (I only would like one since then I could drop that ring I have that has strength on it and still use my other gems).. what would you suggest?

I will deff re-roll my mana flask, I'd preferably want to not even need one though, do you use one still?

Also yeah I was just about to finish uber lab....was on last phase of Iz with no issues when my comp locked up :( so now I gotta re-run it a bit later and hopefully have no issues lol.Sad.
@frost21

The wise oak ... as long as you adjust your resistances so that lightning is your top, it gives you an additional 20% lightning penetration. That's hard to turn down. Also, it boosts your resistances overall so you can take reduced resistance maps in stride. Add in the fact that you get 6 seconds for 20 kills, and you can basically have it up all the time.

I've tried both the 3 rat and astramentis. I get more damage, es, and int with the astramentis. Maybe I'm missing something, but until I figure it out, I'm sticking with my astramentis.

Honestly, your belt looks pretty damn nice. It's probably the last thing I'd try to min/max.

I absolutely still use a mana flask - I don't need it often, but it's nice to never worry about mana, and it's gotten me out of some tight spots. Reminds me, I still need to re-roll mine, it's my anti-freeze flask, and I haven't needed that since uber lab. My flasks are Silver with extra charges and bleed, Wise Oak, Vinktar, Hallowed Mana, and Atziri's.

Hello! Currently playing this build and having lots of fun. This is my first real league, so I could use some advice for my equip and passive tree. I feel like both are not optimised. Here is my gear:

Currently having 8k ES with discipline, and 25k GMP in my hideout, with wrath and a lightning golem. I wonder what my next upgrades are? I could go for a decent crystal belt, or save for a 700-800 ES 6L vaal regalia. Option 2 would take me longer to get because I only have 200c atm. Getting my gems to 20Q would help out with my dps but I'm not sure if the damage increase justifies spending 80-100c on it.

Here is my passive tree: https://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAABAIBAAHRAecDHgQHBbUOSBEvEYERlhR1FdcXJhmKGdcaVRqNG8gdTx8CH0Ei6iPTKjgsvy0fLlMwWzB8Nbk2PTbFNug31Dy-Ps9B0EMxRmlMs0z_TipRR1WFVkhWY1b6WyZbr13yX2pfcGEhY6dtbG8nd9d4-XqEft1_K3_Gf_uDbYTFhO-Gro25jb-PYI_6kAqTJ5UglwabJpu1n8uhIqEvokCio6XLpyunMK0zr-u1SL3mvorBxcHzwzrEos_d0B_QrdDQ02_YJNjV2sHdRuOE53To1usU62PsGO0_7-vxivT4_W4=

Currently level 85. My next goal is getting the frenzy charge near point blank, and the elemental damage nodes near shadow. Does anybody have tips on how to improve/optimize my passive tree?

thanks in advance!

I'd make some changes to the tree, something like so: https://www.pathofexile.com/passive-skill-tree/AAAABAIBAAHRAecDHgQHBfkOSBEvEVARgRGWFHUV1xXwFyYZihnXGlUbyB1PHwIfQSLqIvQj0yo4LL8tHy5TMFs1uTY9NsU26Dy-QdBDMUZpTLNM_04qVP5VhVZIVmNW-luvXfJfal9wYSFjp2wLbRltbG8nd9d4-XqEft1_K3_Gg22ExYTvhq6NuY9gj_qQCpMnlcyXBpsmm7Wfy6EioS-iQKOKpcunK6cwrTOv67VIvea-isHFwzrEos_d0B_QrdDQ02_YJNjV2sHdRuOE53To1usU62PsGO0_7g7v6_GK9Pj5Y_1u

That will drop one jewel slot, however, it takes a tighter route around the top right corner, and using the inside near the lower right jewel socket means means you'll convert more dex nodes to int. From there I'd pick up that extra Frenzy node you mentioned, and probably link up to Coordination after that for an additional attack speed boost. Those Elemental damage nodes in shadow are another good choice.

As for your gear, I'd 6L that chest or buy one soonest. :)

I was using a crit guide before but I'm going to respec into noncrit. But for my items whats the next few things I should do? I have 11ex (got lucky w/ some drops/crafting).

Couple easy upgrades... rings with elemental damage with weapons first, that will give you a big boost. You can improve your helm / gloves a fair bit as well, should boost your es. If you're lucky you can get some gloves with attack speed as well.

After that... more levels, fill in the frenzy charges, get your gems up to 20/20, and you'll be golden.

This is my first non-life build, and am having a lot of fun so far.

Here is where I am at with gear / gems but having a hard time knowing what is best gem wise beyond the 6L.

For the CWDT setup, OP and and some others have immortal call. This is a life setup im used to, but in this build where do we get endurance charges to use it?

For other gears, not sure what to put in. I'm missing a few vaal gems (discipline/haste) which I'll pick up, but for the others? Seems like a lot of missing gem slots.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
I run CWDT level 1, Increased Duration 20/20, Immortal call level 3, and Warlord's Mark level 5. The Warlords provides endurance charges every so often, but the IC is really just for instant hit burst damage anyway - so it lets me murder a huge batch of porcupine monsters and survive.

I keep a slower projectiles socketed that I switch out if I need single target damage. I also keep a faster projectiles for the case where I want to snipe something off screen without risking much - specifically Hall of the Grandmasters. :)

I use an Ancestral Protector to boost attack speed and provide another target during busy areas, like breaches and perandus boxes.

Even then, I still have some open slots, so I fill those with spare ST gems to try to corrupt to level 21 after they hit 20/20.

Thank you that is very helpful. One other question ATM. How do we trigger Elemental overload? Just standard crit chance through ST?
Critical chance is ~7%. On average you'll put 25+ projectiles in the air every second. If only half of those hit, you're still going to get at least 1 crit every second, and you only need one every 8... so... you'll have EO up all the time. :)

Alright so I finished Uber lab and now have Avatar of the Veil :) . Also was able to 6l my chest in 495 fusings after not being able to even re-5link it from the last 200+ lol. I was just wondering is using Added Lightning damage instead of faster attacks a huge dps loss? (Don't have the right colors and would rather not reroll if its not a big difference in damage).

Going to also grab an astra ammy soon probably as well as the wise oak flask. Thanks for all the help so far.

I switched over to Faster Attacks over Added Lightning and the DPS is about the same in tooltip and in practice so far. Faster Attacks does feel a lot smoother and Frenzy charges are up faster, but if you don't have the chromes to reliably color and to possibly go back if you don't like it it'd be better to just focus on upgrading your stuff first.
