That tree will get you 23400 DPS and 9800 ES, up from your current 18850 and 9520, using exactly the same amount of points. Also; you'll get two sets of flask nodes which add a ton of survivability and DPS. The only thing you'll drop is 1% max lightning resist. It is nice to have, but the flask nodes will cover that easily by having Vinktars up much more often (probably 2/3 of the time while clearing), and more effect when up. And yes, doing the Uber Lab will pay off. 40% increased damage, and the movement speed for faster clearing, plus elemental status immunity is huge for survival and general clear speed. You really, really need this. Currently you have no way to remove shock, and Vinktars shocks you on use. 50% increased damage taken will murder you, especially in breaches. You should be able to pretty much face tank Izaro, so don't worry about it.

A six link with 20/20 Faster Attacks will take you up to 27.5K DPS. Don't bother going crit, I don't think it's worth it. The only time it makes sense is at really, really high gear levels, and at that point you're already clearing everything in the game at a crazy pace anyway. Spending a bunch of currency on crit gear to make Shaper take 30s instead of 40 doesn't seem worth it.

Oh wow thanks homie I had no idea my tree was so inefficient. (I initially thought it might be outdated since I followed ZiggyD's guide from last league).

I'm just wondering do I follow the tree you posted or the one someone suggested the page before?

since one seems to have more ES with the flask duration increased and less damage than other (think you posted the more ES one).

I was just wondering if having more damage outweighed the less ES or not. (Assuming the more damage tree would be better when I have really good ES gear?)

Thanks for the help homies and will deff be trying to do Uber Lab after I respec later today when I know which tree to follow. Thanks!

Just make sure you have remove shock rolled on to one of your other flasks. Honestly though, the Uber lab is not hard for this build. Just make sure you give yourself time for your ES to regen after running through a bunch of traps, and you shouldn't be able to clear it relatively easily. I did it at 79, mostly because I had a Crystal Belt waiting for me at that level. I could have probably done it four or five levels earlier.

I ripped in uber lab traps (HC) with last char, now back again. I guess I will practice first on softcore before I try this on HC again.

There are trap layouts where there is no safe spot, and just running through hoping you will hit the end before your ES reaches zero is not an option on HC.

I will use darkscorn + soulstrike in weapon swap + blink arrow + Sorrow of the Divine flask, at least that's what I read is the best setup for ES Vaal Pact builds withtou Zealot's Oath in traps.

And I always use Decoy Totem for bosses and Izaro.

Going to respec to the build Rag posted earlier and hopefully that'll make me noticably stronger. (Since DPS increases by like 5k and few hundred ES with longer flask duration while only giving up like 1% max light resist.)

I plan to try Uber lab afterwards likely and will post back later on how it goes...If that all goes well I might use all my fusings to try to 6l my current chest. (Only have like 250 fusings).

Any other suggestions or tips would be sweet. Thanks homies
Hey, loving this build so far, getting near level 90 and have respecced a bunch of nodes here and there to maximize the build. But I'm having a lot of trouble with resists (lightning, even with Vinktar's)and I just barely have 8,500 ES. The damage is fine, but my survivability is just terrible right now. Anyone care to point me in the right direction here?

I just started using the gloves today, and my accuracy went from 80 to about 93. I can always switch these out for a good pair of rare gloves, but other than gloves, I have no idea what my weakest pieces of gear/tree issues would be right now. Thanks!

Need some advice on gearing/price of an item. I hit a pretty great roll on my boots that, if I'm not mistake, are worth as much or more than the rest of my gear.

Question is 2 parts: 1.) How much are the boots worth, and more importantly 2.) what order should I upgrade assuming I have x amount of currency from boots + 18 exalts. My stats are 10,500 es, 1277 intelligence, capped res, 41k damage in hideout with gmp. Any help is much appreciated!

Honestly, it's personal preference, and a bit gear dependent. I've cleared through to Phoenix with 8.8K ES, and I felt like I could use a little more. Reading through some other players stories earlier in the thread, there were a few people who said that they went up to 10-10.5K ES, and it felt a bit wasted, so they specced for more DPS. Just play around with it, and see how it feels for you.

There are similar boots listed for 20ex - 1 mirror. Of course, there's no guarantee they would actually *sell* at those prices... /me shrugs.

With that kind of coin available, you could buy some damn fine gear, add a bunch more ES, maybe swap some ES nodes on the tree for extra damage.

What's your other ring / jewels?

Well I used the one you posted with more ES and now I'm at 21.4k DPS with wrath in H/O and 9.7k ES with disc on too after respec. I'm 2% cold resist short now from cap too though so I will have to regear that first.

So do you think thats good enough to get uber lab done then I should be in a decent spot after getting avatar of the veil right. What pieces should I upgrade first guys? (I'm also using the light dmg vinkaters instead of light pen since was more expensive, is that a huge difference?)

Thanks for the help so far.
