Everyone keeps mentioning how the build is viable with "a couple of tweaks" but not really what those tweaks are. What's the most optimal way to run this build now? Two pyre rings? Anything else I should note?

I want to play this build so badly!
I started a blight cwc ED on legacy, but like an idiot, I realized fairly late that the build I was following isn't blight cwc ED and such a thing isn't really viable.
So I thought about switching to your BcwcVortex build, tried to recreate it in standard on my witch that was wiped during a patch.
Best I have is a 5L beast fur, two pyre 40% pyre rings (to simulate what I can get in legacy). Although some of the gems are low level bc I had to buy them from vendor, she's not really clearing how I'd prefer.

Two Pyre rings or 1 Pyre and Cold To Fire Support in the main skill gem setup. The former should have a little more damage, but you lose out on a chance for a good ES + res ring. Might be a bit hard to cap res with two Pyres, it's already tight with only one if you use Beast Fur Shawl chestpiece.

Damn this...played this build in Breach aswell, it was just a faceroll with everything. But after pyre nerf im thinking of readjusting tree a bit to put blicht + flame surge/incinerate or wither + firestorm.

Been playing this build this league. I'm currently lvl 80 and loving the build.

How the hell does the build work with this gear? Where are your resistances? Where is your damage if you are only converting 40% to fire and only 30% of this to chaos?

Seriously, it would probably be much better in your situation to just drop the chaos nodes completely and invest them into elemental and spell nodes.
