[2.5] CI/LL Blight CwC Poison Vortex over 2M DPS Trivialize all content [Tri-Curse/HC Viable]
" Yea it is. I just seem to be staying at the edge of packs enough still that I don't get hit often so it doesn't trigger. It seems that once I get to 69 and go CI i'll be braver in diving in packs to take small dmg to trigger it and try again. The extra gem slot it saves though allows me to run flame dash which I hate swapping for. We'll see. I'm also curious if all 4 types of slow stack fully from vortex, TC, wither and blight? Setting up for bosses with everything and then just tanking them down REALLY seems like they freeze, this build is great. |

" Shock with VLT. When it comes to bosses that matter (Shaper, Guardians), you'd most likely be running that over a golem anyway, since the golem won't survive in boss fights. Golem is really just QoL for mapping to make WB faster. You can't account for flask damage (15% elemental as extra chaos from Atziri, 50-70% inc DoT dmg from Witchfire, Sulphur if you use it), but you can account for the vulnerability by just adding it as a skill. I guess technically you could put those extra flask stats on a jewel to simulate it. |

nearly to finish the EQ (already did all ascendenty) the only difficult is find a consuming Dark with culling strike and right link color (not for the currency, but barely no one sell it)
|
|
" I wouldn't worry too much about this. For most people with this build, dropping the intrinsic on one of the daggers drops the vortex crit rate from 7.5% to 5%, which means less Elemental Overload procs. And with damage this high cull is not too helpful anyways outside of perhaps t16+. If you really want cull there is always the offhand option. |

Ok im level 87 now, and so far this is a very effective build and a ton of fun.
Going lowlife is pretty nice, most bosses melt pretty darn fast. Started running 13-15 maps from level 80. Only mods that i cant run are no leach, hexproof and to a lesser degree no regen as the mana can become an issue. With flasks up i can tank most bosses without rippy mods. This is my tree so far, gona take a couple of jewel nodes in the next 3 levels. Any advice that can improve it would be appreciated

Running temp chains, warlords, blasphemy and enlighten - CODT (high level), immortals, flame golem and increased duration - blood magic and discipline , arctic armor and vaal discipline (unlinked to blood magic) may replace vaal discipline with vaal lightning trap Im using an energy from within jewel and a couple of triple damage gems with total increased damage value on each 40+, i might consider trying out the fire/cold izzaro jewels as sm1 said in an earlier post |

" If you take a 4% mana reservation node from the tree you can do hexproof maps quite comfortably replacing temp chains and warlord's mark with herald of ice and anger for a lot of extra damage to your vortex hits. Just keep the uptime of Atziri's promise near to 100% and you should be fine. Mana isn't really an issue, clarity (or rallying cry) does the job. Arctic armour is a very good defensive tool when channeling. Hexproof + no regen combo is pretty undoable (unless you want to use a mana potion) but is somewhat infrequent. No leech is a horrible map mod but it's very rare. I am playing a similar build (with some slight modifications to the tree) and this is my gear / gem setup.

Trying to get the right enchantment on head (vortex damage), but it's only a matter of luck, sadly. I switch the iron skin basalt with a dousing one for ignite maps. I am currently level 92. As to the Izaro jewels, I wouldn't use them. Fire and cold damage don't double dip with the poison output, while spell damage, area damage and flat %damage do (plus, they scale both blight and vortex, while fire/cold dmg don't). So well-rolled yellow jewels are far superior when compared to Izaro's turmoils (which can be considered a "budget" alternative btw). Last edited by djnat#4628 on Jan 17, 2017, 1:31:01 PM

" Actually i've both green and red dream with passive in area. (Frost Walker/Fire Walker) I'm pondering to substitute both with two jewels spell dmg/es/dot. For check if is better in mapping/boss (T13-T16/atziri/breach) Last edited by NazgulTirith#3108 on Jan 17, 2017, 1:40:55 PM

" Green dream is pretty amazing, having 4 frenzy charges is fantastic while mapping. I am currently using one too. Red dream is a lot less amazing; we already gain endurance charges on kill in all maps (except hexproof ones) but the damage is solid. I am not using one atm. The perfect jewel would have stats like this one. But these quad-rolls are very rare, sadly. |

Oh true i totally forgot the Frenzy Charge! :D
I'm uncertain if keep red dream or not |
