[2.6] CRIT HoWA BF/ST Raider [13k ES, 60k BF/265k GMP ST DPS, Stun-immune] [4 sec Chayula kill]

OMFG YES, I DID IT! its my 4rd try to do this on couple of leagues and its done with this build! (BF version)
Its not i so hard, but still not easy (cuz my gear) just 8.1k ES and less leech than must be. But i die just 1 time.

Nice, congrats! I've never done shaper either, my marauder build couldn't output enough DPS, but I feel like this build can do anything.

I did Death and Taxes yesterday for the first time (always thought it was crazy difficult), and it was a piece of cake.

I am just starting new char, following your guide and hoping to find at last an end game viable build.
Just a precision please... You say we can equip HOTA at level 22 and go ham (What is ham ??) with BF. But BF is a lvl28 gem ... So what attack may I choose between 22 and 28 ??

Level 46 now, pretty chill so far. I'll probably just use EO keystone until the high 80s before speccing to crit to give me more time to farm up currency to buy crit/int gear.

i didnt realize they lowered LMP to level 8 req or whatever, leveling was a breeze, to the point where i kept using bows with Shrapnel Shot+Siege Ballista+LMP until A4 normal before the damage from Stormcloud finally fell off xP

used Spectral Throw with LMP until A2 cruel where i found that the mana cost was a bit prohibitive (even with mana leech on tree and mana leech gem i was still chugging pots)

Blade Flurry has hilarious single target when you remember to release the burst at max charges, so satisfying dropping Cruel Weaver in 5 seconds :D

Carnage Heart is a pretty sick leveling item, doesnt give as much stats as astramentis but the ele resists, increased leech per second and increased damage while leeching are super good right now!

I wish I could use 2 Le Heup of All (that buff!!) but I need -8 mana costs for my own sanity xP

Looking forward to hitting mapping levels and seeing what all the buzz is about with howa!

Heya! a 6L will definitely boost your damage. In addition, seeing as your int is still below 1k, I recommend getting a 3rd fertile mind to socket in the jewel slot above acrobatics as a stop-gap measure for the time being until you get better int gear.

Also, aim to switch astra for a wed + crit multi + stats ammy eventually.

Heya! I would spec out of the 3 mana leech nodes that you've taken, put one of them in Soul Raker and put the other 2 into Primal Spirit. I don't think lack of leech is your problem here but rather a lack of a large enough unreserved mana pool. Also get an enlighten when you can - will reduce your mana reservation.

Hey! Yup I've experimented with a cwdt - coh setup myself as well. I ended up not using it in the end because I could one-shot mobs without curse anyway haha. Agree that Vaal Haste is largely unnecessary. Vaal Discipline can come in occasionally useful during labs/trials as well as versus chimera when he goes into his omnislash phase though. Only obvious things are 12% intel gloves (which then I'm not sure how much 2% more int really helps). 300+ ES helm with an enchant on it, I have one but not with the resists I need unless someone wants to trade my glove for a cold resist version ;V.

Your gear and stats are mostly fine! With regards to cheap options for a dps upgrade, I would go for double crit multi mods on jewels instead of double crit chance mods. Crit multi will boost your dps much more. Gear upgrades can come later.

I'm planning to change my vinktars for a penetration flask soon.

Looking a few posts below, He talks about Astramentis if u use shapers, so I am thinking about changing to those as well. Comparing my currently necklace to an average Astramentis, which would give me a bigger benefit and would the margin be worth investing into one?

Astra would only grant you a very marginal benefit - 1k dps and 300-400 ES. I wouldn't recommend investing in Astra at this point if you think that benefit is not worth 1 ex. For a new player you're actually doing very well! Your DPS stats are excellent considering you're only on a 5L. Your ES is however quite low. I would recommend investing in a good pair of ES gloves with +accuracy on them if possible as well as another piece of gear with +accuracy to make up for the loss in accuracy were you to give up shaper's touch. You may also want to grab a few more ES nodes to help your survivability in the meantime.

Probably the best build I've played... and definitely the furthest I've got and some cool new experiences (first level 90, first time doing Uber Atziri, first time taking down Tier 15 bosses).

Although it is a big currency sink.. probably spent about 13ex or so on the build. But a lot of fun!

Ya trio is terribly lethal if you've never fought them before. They require a strategy to fight properly and cannot simply be facetanked without adequate ES. Man, sucks that they did that to you... Still, glad to know that you've had fun! :)

Your ES is really good to be honest! I would probably upgrade the left topaz ring. It looks relatively easy to upgrade compared to the rest of your gear. I would also get jewels with crit multi mods on them to help boost your DPS further. The other upgrades can come later on when you get more currency.

Nice! Ya there's no need to spec out of EO too early. Its only worth it when you have enough points to spare on crit nodes. Agree on Carnage Heart being a very good leveling item since the buff. Reach vitality void quickly and u won't have to use elreon rings anymore! Have fun leveling!

Yeah, that's how I felt! Crit chance is technically higher with 2 active skills linked (I think it's around 36% total vs. 33% on BV), but then BV doesn't die down right away and may spin a bit. So I'll see how it is on tougher bosses like Shaper. In any case, everything dies in 1 second lol.
