Just hit lvl 76, and I am really really struggling with mana costs. Can anyone take a look at my char and see why Im able to only spam like 3-5 specs with Wrath and Discpline on....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd drop your links, remove faster attacks, add lightning pen (for elemental resist maps and end-game bosses) or crit damage for non-res mapping for tooltip boost. Also I'd drop added lightning damage.

I think his links in the main post are optimal, but I am a fan of crit damage for general mapping purposes as with vinktar, nodes, and Oak our lightning penetration is already impressive.

I have found this setup to be pretty good for general mapping :

CWDT (level 1) - Ball Lightning (level 1) - Curse on hit (20/20) - Elemental weakness (20/20)

The few times I do get tagged, whatever hit me melts almost instantly.

I am having trouble finding room for things like Vaal Haste/Discipline with this setup, but up to tier 15 I have found I don't really need either of those to effectively destroy all content.

Most of her attacks will one-shot anything below 10kES. This is normal. Run purity of fire, bring a topaz and ruby flask (make sure one of them is "Dousing" just in case you don't have phasing for a brief second and you find yourself burning - also you will need a bleed flask or two). Oh man.... maybe I won't do her today then. That's crazy regarding 10k shield... I might see if I can up my ES then somehow... probably with a Crystal Belt. Definitely don't want to try and die 6 times and waste my 2 ex!

Has anyone tried a different CwDT/PCoC setup? I'm thinking either CwDT + PCoC + Arc + Shock Nova (for increased damage) or CwDT + PCoC + Vortex + Shock Nova (for chilling enemies). Any ideas?

My current gear at 10k es and 49.5k hideout ES and 89k fully buffed without flasks.

Any recommendations on gear upgrades (even diving my gear lol)? kinda really hard to find gear upgrades at this point or get higher int then my 1k. (Realistically of course)

Only obvious things are 12% intel gloves (which then I'm not sure how much 2% more int really helps). 300+ ES helm with an enchant on it, I have one but not with the resists I need unless someone wants to trade my glove for a cold resist version ;V.

Can craft ES on it for 300es but lack of cold resist in my gear makes it hard to balance.

I'm only level 93 so obviously, 3 more levels for another jewel socket or ES/damage would be good. I was thinking of dropping vitality void but the leech seems too important.

So been messing around with this build and so far having a great time. I downed one of the guardians (New player) and can consistently farm t10-t15 fairly comfortably. However I was wondering what my next upgrade should me. Since I am a fairly new player, I am not the best money maker, I just grind as much as i can so I'm not one of those rich players that can afford 900+ 6L regalias.

Pretty sure my biggest problem currently is my ES being only at 7.4k. I need to look for more int on rings and other pieces.

My damage with GMP is about 45k in HO, and about 78k with Slower projectiles.

My resistances are all capped, but cold and lightning are a bit higher than 135 (lightning higher than cold by 1)

About my skill gems, I actually have a lvl 20 quality 23% Lightning penetration gem. I just dont have it equipped for some reason xd.

Flask


I'm planning to change my vinktars for a penetration flask soon.

Looking a few posts below, He talks about Astramentis if u use shapers, so I am thinking about changing to those as well. Comparing my currently necklace to an average Astramentis, which would give me a bigger benefit and would the margin be worth investing into one?

So I hit level 90.

Spent 2ex on a Mortal set.

Got through trash and vaal's ok. Died 4 times to Trio... I had killed 2 of them and the third guy was down to 50% life.

Anyway, didn't want to risk it so I asked in Global for someone to finish it off for me. Anyway, they go in, die once to Atziri. They go in again using the final portal and apparently d/c when they killed her.

I reckon they just got a good drop and didn't wanna give it to me. Ah well.

It was worth a shot... cool build. Don't think I have the patience to grind out another few levels.

Probably the best build I've played... and definitely the furthest I've got and some cool new experiences (first level 90, first time doing Uber Atziri, first time taking down Tier 15 bosses).

Although it is a big currency sink.. probably spent about 13ex or so on the build. But a lot of fun!

Would anyone mind having a look at my profile to comment on somthing I could change for more survivability/damage.
Im currently 10,4k ES and 10k dps BF in hideout.
I know i obv need a 6L, but im at 150c right now.

Any comments on tree/gear would be apriciated.
