I'm on lvl 50 and damn this build is great so far, nice job man.. tho i am curious about the vinktar,
is it really necessary because if were using void manipulation which reduces elemental damage, and well it gives you add ele damage to attacks, and its also quite expensive, would atziri's promise be a good counterpart, as it also increases chaos damage/life-steal.

Other than that builds awesome just the price of that nightmare lmao.

Nightmare isn't a must, just a nice gg boost :).
As for Vinktar, it's not for the Added Lightning, it's for the Shock - which adds 50% to the DPS and then 50% to the Poison. It helps with clearing a LOT. And we're Immune to Shock eventually, so it's easy to use.

Another option is to replace Faster Attacks with Melee Physical Damage, and use Atziri's/Sin/Lion's - that's the max dps option.

Well i'm trying my best to play as much as possible and do college at the same time so heheh.. might not lvl up that fast, and i will link my gear as soon as i figure out how to do it...lol

Also yeh.. this build may be too expensive for me to grind and the reason beings are the jewels and that 6L hyrris. But im doing my best to get budget alternatives.

Gear i got so far: Dream-feather, dark seer and atziri's step. All good rolls ( not ggg rolls) for around 1c each.

As for the chest piece i got a 5L zodiac leather(lvl 65)4green 1 blue(not running inc aoe for now)for 1 alch, which i'm gonna craft into a hopefully 1500 evasion+ ,50hp+ and some ele res's.

gems i'm gonna use for BF, Add chao, void manip, Faster atks, poison sup. Until i get a 6L.

Yep all other gear i will try my best to obtain, such as the jewels and pots. As for the gloves, the spiked gloves effect, your using it cause it works on BF right?(wanna know if i need a spiked gloves).

Budget should be fine. I started off poor, too :D
As for the gloves, yes, nothing beats 20% Melee Damage on gloves.

Ok, i'll link my items when im lvl 70,btw should i swap dark seer for breath of the council? idk if there will be any dps changes.

Also is it not good to go into vaal pact and get those chaos nodes next to it?

I'd say Dark Seer is the best all around. The other options may be better for a specific encounter, though.

As for Vaal Pact I tried it, you get more dps, less life, and it feels worse to me.

BTW, after a lot of testing, I can say that unless you have a REALLY good Scourge + Jewels for it, it's no better. What is better, are Rare weapons with good Speed + Chaos Damage (and maybe Accuracy / Physical Damage):



Quite a bit more dps, especially if you account for Wither having more of an impact with a larger chunk of your damage being Chaos. AT LEAST 20% MORE DAMAGE than a PERFECT DREAMFEATHER.

Doing some tests on using , as well. This seems to work better for general clearing, and does add more DPS if you feel defenses are adequate without Blind. Once almost all your damage is Chaos, it's a HUGE boost. And yes, that does affect Poison Duration, I tested.
