3.0 UPDATED] Raider Elemental Crit Spectral Throw - Shaper and t16 viable

My problem is mana pool that i resolved for now with 3 jewel with mana gain on hit


My life is around 4800k but i feel not so safe, and with 8 frenzy charge my tooltip is 31,5k with gmp (my gem are around 19/18 without quality at all)



Also have those two amulet



But i think that the amulet that i wear is best choice but maybe critical ammy is not bad

It's been a while since I checked my dps in combat. I think I was at 69k, but not sure if I didn't have other buffs like vaal haste. Anyway, you probably know that but the vinktar you're using does very little for your dps compared to the 2 other ones (pen and added lightning). Did you get it yourself in vinktar square?

Been working on my gear and running tons of Strands without too much issue, enjoying the build, although it is hard to compare to HoWA which I played last league. Good, cheap start - scaled well, was able to do maps easily with under 50c budget.

I've spend (probably) over 300c now on gear, and am pretty happy at where it's at.
May need to replace belt/necklace next, but otherwise seems good.

DPS is still kinda low-ish, about 20k in hideout. Gems are still lvl 19 with mostly no quality, so i'll be working on (saving up) for GCP's next for quality gems.
I stacked Life pretty heavy, currently at 5744 and feels comfortable although I still get oneshot occasionally by some nasty stuff (generally only Beyond bosses in 5-sextant, 3 leaguestone, crazy rolled maps.)

Any suggestions on gear/talent tree are welcome.

I'll probably run this until I can save/farm up around 1000c then switch to HoWA, since it's pricey, but basically a stronger version of this build. Easily transitions to it too, which is why I chose this build as a starter - worked out great!

Any suggestion on what gems to start adding quality to first to make the biggest difference?

Spectral throw and gmp each add +10% attack speed, which is way better imo than +10% ele damage.

what better or devotto with 40%ST dmg chant? without starkonja have 5500hp, with starkonja 5800.
