The guide says to only link empowering with golem if you have a +1 chest. I see people doing it without a +1 chest. Is it better than Elemental focus support even if you dont have +1 on chest?

No it's not.
You need +1 chest as well as level 4 empower and level 21 golem. Crit Shockwave Totem 650k +: #1657327 / Crit VMS (1 mil DPS): #1511368 / Crit self-cast spark: #1565708

Im sorry if this is answered already ive read the entire post but never found the topic. Is it ok if i dont stack harmony or eminence i have stack 16% minion damage instead that ive got from my srs build. Or stacking harmony/eminence much better?
