I've already posted about how much I enjoy this build, it's really fun and super viable.
I'm struggling a bit on single target and where to upgrade gear etc., can you give me any advice? Can't do guardians with the current power level.
EDIT: I have the gem swaps you've recommended in the post for single target, still struggling. I can't seem to get it to proc on the boss and guarantee a crit, even with the diamond flask.

well the helm is very awful - http://poe.trade/search/umamaziukomeni here for 17c you can get a MUCH better - not sure if you know that the enchant you have doesnt profit you? Flame Blast != Burst or if its just random enchant
same with the boots - http://poe.trade/search/ahosenukomaauz for 1c you can get almost double as good as yours right now
Rings actually have nothing but res - http://poe.trade/search/asotitabotukom here for alchs/chaos rings with 60+ res and 30+ elemental dmg and es... might tweak it a little for global crit / str / whatever you need prob es - if you have the currency to waste an ex you can even mastercraft a ring with +% es which adds a lot survivability
Buy a crystal belt and craft with a couple alts and regals ... pretty good are obtainable rather fast - look for 1 res + high es roll on blue then regal it and thats it basically
Roll 2nd Res on your armor, depending on missing stat

Thanks for the answers! The helm is just a random enchant I got while doing Merc Lab. Does the WED on the rings scale the damage of fire burst?
EDIT: I just 6linked the chest while going for a 5 link, lol.

No, WED does not scale the damage from burst as its a spell, not damage from the weapon itself. What does scale it is % fire damage, the elemental damage implicit from opal rings, and increased damage from Leo rings. Critical strike chance is the other offensive mod you can get on rings.

What chest/gloves/boots you usually wear? I am speccing into the same life/es nodes you are and I have ES from items and maxed res but its not nearly enough.
My survivability sucks. How do you get sustain pre- Vaal pact?

Been doing this build non-crit and duel-wielding sceptres. Has been quite fun 1 shotting bosses with vaal rf. Just have to wait for burning conflux and elemental overload.
