LA+WED+gmp+crit strikes+pierce+added lightning in that order.

Perfect storm is not the ideal option because evasion is not reliable for hard mitigation of physical and elemental attacks and arctic Armour requires you to be standing still to mitigate damage.

Hello, I've followed ur build as stated before and I am now getting close to more or less completing it, the last part for me to buy is an armor. I'm debating between Belly or Coil. What do you think about those 2 options and why one you choose one over the other? :)

-At 5,000 life Coil will effectively give you 6250 life vs physical damage and belly will give you 5500 vs all damage. Coil is -60 resist and Belly is +45 (a net of 105 resists).

-The highest end game content (guardians/shaper) both deal massive amounts of elemental damage.
-Most things that kill you outside of bosses will be physical damage.

It's a tough choice but I gravitated to coil simply because it's what I am used to building around for a new league. If you can make full use of the 105 resists to min max your life rolls then it might be a better option. The exact mechanism to do it is a little hard to explain but it should be intuitive. By having 105 resists, you save about 3 suffix affixes that can be used to net more damage affixes or higher life rolls which in terms allows you to allocate more life nodes from the passive instead of dps nodes.

Hey again. I feel that I have more or less completed the build in terms of gear, got a 6L perfect form for 4 ex so just had to use that instead :)

However, I wonder what you think about my setup and if there is something you would change. The main problem for me that I feel is single target damage, I just now swapped out LA for Tornado shot and feel much stronger vs. single target, without killing my AoE too much. Currently running T13-14 maps.

Past a certain gear threshold and once you decide to commit to doing a lot of guardian farming I would recommend taking point blank since mobs will die even if you hit them outside of optimal range. The only situation where single target mattered for me was doing hydra and you will be point blank with her anyways.

I don't see any glaring weaknesses in your gear. You seem to have itemized your affixes properly. Your gems are kind of random level and quality wise and they should provide a decent gain once their fully leveled.

I've just respecced a raider to this build. I'm a big fan of LA. I'm only 76 and I still need to do uber lab so I'm nowhere near close to being done. I noticed you used an ele bow until you were 90+ and then switched to opus, would you recommend other people do the same? I just started with an opus but I'm not sure if that's a mistake.

Tbh I have never played bow build, so I don't know if almost pure physical bow will still perform well in this scenario :/

I strongly recommend using a high rolled windripper for most of your career. Death's opus will output more single target dps (2 added projectiles for barrage) but has slightly less crit and less aoe dps than a windripper.

Death's opus is imo the best option for the build unless you have an nearly perfect rare ele bow with very very high attack speed.

A death's opus will have 146k dps, 89 CC and 2 added projectiles
The bow you linked will have 140k dps 95 CC and no added projectiles.
a 360 exalt brood twine mirrored bow will have 164k dps and 95 cc and no added projectiles.


It is basically the same as a death's opus for this build but will have noticebly less single target dps and more crit chance.

What about a variant of this build using Frenzy instead of LA or Barrage? With additional arrows from the bow and perhaps a corrupted Drillneck it would put out substantial damage. Just a thought.

You can use any aoe clear main skill you want, bow skills are so versatile.

However, only barrage truly scales that well off of added projectiles for single target.
