" hmm i never thought about it because it just never sounded worth it to me at first glance since we stack poison so fast i was always more concerned about the damage of the poison rather than duration i guess it would probably be better than fatal toxins though at only a 60% increased poison damage |

Been leveling this in Breach, and enjoying it so far - thanks for the guide! Progression was mostly smooth up until the end of merciless. Now that I've started mapping, think it's time to focus on upgrading my gear.
Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of currency at the moment, so won't be able to get the recommended gear for a while. Which items would you recommend getting first? Are there any budget alternatives you would recommend? Something I'm considering is using Mortem Morsu for poison and a 5-link Queen of the Forest. Alternatively, replace the Increased AOE gem with Poison? Also, what's your opinion of Rotgut as a budget flask option? Feels like I gain Frenzy charges fast enough that it would be okay to burn them for Onslaught. |

" blade flurry is amazing for leveling. i just love the low mana requirement. super OP. anyway, i dunno about replacement gear. honestly you can do whatever. use the best weapon you have. claw dagger sword whatever. use elemental if you have it. elemental is great to level up with and start mapping with. you can easily swap inc aoe/conc effect for elemental focus and just small adjustments like that. honestly leveling up and just starting into the build doesn't need to look like the final goal AT ALL. you can level up as bow if you want. once you hit level 70ish you should be looking to transition into this build, but again you can do it as slow as it takes. use whatever weapons you can get your hands on that can clear fairly well. you don't really even need to worry about the poison aspect until you have dreamfeathers and flat chaos on jewelry.....which could take awhile because its expensive to craft! so don't worry about taking your time transitioning, but this is what it should look like in the end....relatively close anyway. also i got a new ring and i did unspec from fatal toxins to grab up the skill duration nodes. i really don't notice a difference, but w/e |

I'm on T11 / T12 / T13 maps now and I'm struggling real hard in terms of outputting dps. I watched a couple other builds they have 2-3k blade flurry dmg, im at ~1k.
take a look at my character for its gear, I feel like I can't kill stuff fast enough comparatively to other builds and other blade flurry players. https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/Anilogas/characters i have all 4 strong flasks, 5 L cospris, dual dream feather, don't know what else I'm missing that I can see that would push this build over the edge to kill shaper / uber atziri. " set to private, i can't see your characters. a 6th link can make a difference, but not really that huge. with a 6L if i use melee phys dmg with my new ring and whatnot my AoE damage per hit is listed at 2770 dmg. with conc effect its 4400 @ 8.xx attack speed. im also going to incorporate vaal haste into my setup now as well. honestly my DPS is so huge at this rate t13 maps get easily wrecked. i haven't done t14+ yet because i haven't gotten any. but ya either post your setup or change your profile and i'll take a look |

take off your melee physical and how much dps are you getting? i changed my profile to not private.
i need 2 chaos damage enchants and then 20% gems, maybe lvl 21 gem |

Is this build HC viable?
When u drop some dps nodes and get life on Jewels u should get 6k life. Should this be enough for HC. My goal is just farming up to T13. U recommend 2 life flasks for HC? Or any other changes? |

i'd say this build can be HC viable. i would probably still just use one life flask, but i'd get avatar of the veil with 4 ascendancy passives and work towards the added frenzy charges after that. be much more defensive without losing a huge amount in DPS.
this way you'd be immune to status ailments while phasing and it lifts the burden on flasks. for jewels any stat that double dips initial hit damage and poison damage is your key stat. +area dmg, +chaos dmg, +damage and life. when i take out my melee physical dmg gem i still have 2.4k damage per hit aoe and 3.8k damage per hit conc effect. the melee physical doesn't actually add much, which is why it isn't posted in the original setup. on higher maps i prefer to run a utility gem like endurance charge on stun, fortify, life gain on hit, life leech, whichever. but again the majority of dps comes from the flasks which add shock, vulnerability curse and loads of DoT inc dmg. |
