It is one person.. Ghostcrawler. He ruined WoW PvP, and now he's here to destroy PoE. I quit this game after seeing these changes. I never played BV, I'm just disappointed at the drastic changes on stupid stuff. MEANWHILE: We have a poison trapper gem that's still completely useless on 2/4 guardians.. GG GGG. I sincerely hope that's not the case, but from the text looks like it is...even if not, +16 -> +10 for most weapons is still a 20%+ range nerf

I still see people thinking that Vessel of Vinktar is OP and that it should be nerfed, just because one imbalanced ascendancy class.
To clarify: Vaal Pact + Vessel of Vinktar is the ONLY way to survive reflected damage from rare monsters, given a damage threshold, for a tremendous amount of builds. There is no workaround. You have this, or you can't kill said rare monster... which is a huge flaw in the game's mechanics.
The moment they nerf Vinktar's and leave reflected damage as it is, it would be the death of every non-totem, non-support, non-trap build that exists.
So please take a moment to think about this. Then stop asking for a Vinktar's nerf and nothing for the completely unbalanced reflected damage from a SINGLE monster.
WITH THE CURRENT DAMAGE THRESHOLDS, REFLECTED DAMAGE HAS BECOME A HUGE ISSUE AND VINKTAR'S IS THE ONLY VIABLE SOLUTION. EITHER LOWER THE OVERALL DAMAGE OUTPUTS (AND LOWER OVERALL MONSTER HP)OR NERF REFLECTED DAMAGE BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING TOUCHING VINKTAR'S.

Rip Mjolnir and Cospris, it wasnt enough to nerf discharge last time, now they destroy both. Rip my 20ex high roll Cospris, I didn't get time to even use you, shouldv waited reset then get one, then get 4 with new prices :(

Vinktar isnt the only option, ive played a max block witch and with bone offering i have a 100% chance to gain 700hp on block for every soruce of reflected dmg so as long i hit often and not to hard i cant die to reflect.
But yes if you play things like assasin with 900% crit multi and flameblast no flask or item will save you from reflect.
But i agree Elemetal refelct is not Balanced you cant trivialize it like with phys refect just immortal call and your good.
