That block and amour mod is extremely brutal for builds that rely on those as defense. Why isn't there a 50% less energy shield mod also to be fair? That wouldn't even be as harsh as this one is for any max block build.

that's dumb, if you want to nerf burning elementalist build or summoners, start with their skill, don't just reck ES/EB,

and those meta ES build are not touched, BV and cospri's discharge, as a matter of fact BV is stronger now mana regen is a constant value.

no mana you can use a pot, there's no ES recovery pot, if somehow no regen appear on a corrupted map, rekt. At least give a new ES pot first
