Additions and Improvements to Map Mods

dunno if it has been asked before, but I noticed on thing about this change:

Old versions of the "of Stasis" mod prevent Life and Mana Regeneration. New versions that are rolled will also prevent Energy Shield regeneration.


so essentially, a red map that has both the "of Statis" mod and the cannot leech life/mana mod is completely impossible to do on CI chars, right? (since there's no way to get back any meaningful quantities of ES)

oh, and thank you so much for finally removing blood magic!

Rolling both is pretty rare and no one really ran no leech anyways.

Inquisitors have Pious Path, which among other things makes it so status effects cannot be applied to you.
Now remove the curse immunity mod and at least it makes sense with the new curse mod. (And change Cospri's to bypass the new one.)

Other than that most seem alright, charge mod being removed is a godsend as it was horrible on performance.
