" CI is better as stated in the guide. I've played both. Twitch Stream:

I was playing Binos Blade Flurry CI by LiftingNerdBro and I failed the first time I fought the Shaper. It was the first time I had ever seen the fight, so there were obviously mechanics I messed up that I could have avoided, but I just didn't think the damage was there to make the run easy.
I switched to this build, dropping from 10k ES to 6.7k ES and I thought that the damage was great, but there's no way I'd live against Shaper and the Guardians. It's true that this build is pretty glass cannon without insane gear to carry your ES pool to suitable levels, but the damage is insane without top tier gear. I was able to beat the Guardians and then I beat Shaper on my first try using this build. I died 4 times and killed Shaper with DoTs as I was dead on the floor. Thank you guide maker. This is my first PoE league ever and first character past level 30 and you helped kill Shaper. For those with mana reservation issues like me because they can't afford a level 4 Enlighten or a Skyforths, I moved 3 points of the CI passive build the guide creator linked (the Physique +30 strength since I had enough from gear and 3 points that used to take another jewel socket up at the top-rightish area with the increased max mana nodes) and I put them in the Mana reservation nodes below Vaal Pact. I don't think I will be running with Abyssus if I want to ever level this character up anymore because I just die to random melee hits if I'm not paying 100% attention. edit: I did not understand the part of guide talking about Power Charge generation. I did not need to do anything to generate power charges. The Assassin Ascendancy worked fine, I did not need to change out the Faster Attacks support for Power Charge on Crit. " The assassin ascendancy is not enough for reliably generating powercharges on bosses, at least for me this was very highly noticable. With skyforth you have 6 power charges within a second of starting your attacks, without it and when attacking single target...well it takes a while. I have 90% crit with power charges up and thought the undercap would be enough for the assassin ascendancy to proc reliably but it simply is not. It works fine on maps though (you are hitting 10+ mobs with each attack so no issues there). edit: just to do some math here - you start with, lets say 50% crit chance and 8 attacks per second and you are hitting just boss (shaper for example). With 10% chance to gain charge on non crit, you will gain a power charge approximately once per 2.5 seconds (this is about the time frame you actually have to damage shaper btw). Even if that would sound good, with another pcharge, your crit chance goes up and so on, until when you have 5 charges and lets say 90% crit, you gain a charge approximately once in 12 seconds...this is simply not sustainable on single target and you lose bunch of your damage this way (btw poison does twice the damage if inflicted on crit). In this case, having at least orb of storms+pcoc goes a long way, you get a couple of free sockets anyway. Last edited by Kapti#6217 on Jan 2, 2017, 5:35:33 PM

Hello
Since i cant afford perfect voidheart roll, should i prefer high bleed or high poison or mix of both ? Thanks |

how much base crit should I have, with no charges, no buffs, completely base? Right now I have 31.6%...

I don't understand how this is crit capping. I'm shy of gear crit by 26% and I've only got 68% crit at full power charges. I believe my tree is identical on crit nodes. What am I not seeing?

Yup. 67.43% with 6 power charges on blade flurry. 24.89% without
