You can use them, however, you lose ES and you lose the flat accuracy mod.

I have followed this build since from the start of the breach league and hit a brick wall progressing in merciless dried lake farming and T1 mapping died several times due to low ES.

Fortunately i looted a BINO and tried out a different way defensive bladeflurry build using a shield. It is way better in terms of survivability. I will stick to this build for now until i have the currency to buy the scourge or luckily loot one.

I'm actually using the wither totem, based on test results it actually allows us to kill bosses faster than any other totem due to the 7% more chaos damage that can stack up to 20 times (140% MORE chaos damage (2.4 poison/chaos multiplier), the totem can get to 20 stacks in about 3 seconds). On top of that, the totem slows enemies down as well.

As we level up, we actually complete the wheel and grab the last 2 attack speed nodes. It comes down to which nodes you need/want first.

The Scourge can only drop from Guardian of the Chimera in the T16 Pit of the Chimera Map. You can't loot it from any other sources

Oh crap! now that's hard.

Here's my level 78 tree that allows to transition easily between life and CI versions of the build. Maybe someone wants to use it. It's claw based, but it is universal enough to allow to change claw version to dagger version without sacrificing many points. Damage is high in my opinion, survivalibity is very good (I'm sitting at 3,9k HP right now with 3 pieces of the gear missing life affixes and one being really low [35]).

I took shadow accuracy nodes because at the moment I don't have much accuracy on my gear. It's great to have those for 90%+ hit chance. Change it if you have enough +accuracy rating on gear (but I don't advise you to do that, because hit chance is lower on higher level mobs).

To transition to CI:
1. Cut down south-east part of the tree (it's 29 points, so including 17 respec points from quests you'll need 12 regrets)
2. Dispose earned points
3. Delete entire PoE content
4. ???
5. Profit is in point 3.

Hi Unchained. First off thank you for sharing the great build guide.

What are your thoughts on Whispers of Doom for one extra curse? This is what I am going for, having slightly customized your build.

Major differences are : Whispers of Doom, I dropped both dual wield clusters to keep my options open for either using a shield or not depending on situations, and then I really like Harrier and the attack speed nodes + Jewel socket there, so opted for that one instead of the mana nodes + jewel at top (near CI)

Guys, what are you doing with stunlock before getting Skyforth? I get stunned often and die. Thinking about chayula... Anyone has the same problem?

Since I am so new I had no idea about bandit quest rewards up untill I did the one in merc. So Imissed my 8% attack speed. Is it reason enough to just reroll another character?
