Why dont we take the 15% "Minion Damage" passive under "Lord of the Dead"?

Actually what I do to wear Abyssus is to equip a ring with +20 strength, then equip abyssus, then switch out the ring. Abyssus gives >20 strength so it stays equipped, even though you wouldn't have the strength to usually equip it.

Btw.
AFTER we get Scourge, we should use combination:

Minion Damage Support + Melee Damage on Full Life Support

instead

Melee Damage on Full Life Support + Melee Physical Damage Support

( I would kick out Melee Physical Damage Support since for us it's same as Melee Damage on Full Life Support except it has mana multi 1.4 and second one has 1.3).

Both Melee supports gives only more physical damage ( + 10% increased physical damage with quality), and minion damage support gives more to all damage (so also heralds, hatred and any elemental damage we have). Also gives +15% increased damage with quality, not 10%. Also it has smaller mana multi 1.3.

I think you should change that in your build. But this is only after we get Scourge which applies bonuses to minion damage to us.

Minion Damage Support only applies to Skill Gems with the tag "Minion" which Blade Flurry does not have. Even if it did apply, the "MORE" multiplier would not apply since the Scourge Claws specifically state "Increases and Reductions" (not MORE modifiers).

Trying to play this build, but I'm confused.
You're using Hatred + Herald of Ash + Discipline...
What are you doing to be able to use these 3 together?
Hatred is 50%, Herald is 25%, and Discipline is 35%, which is 105%.
How are you using all 3 in your videos? I don't see any reserve reductions in the tree.

Enlighten Support and 6% reduced mana reservation from Skyforth boots. If you don't have skyforth boots, you can spend 1 point and get 4% at the top of the tree (and get a unique jewel to give you an extra 2% mana reservation reduction).
