Typical Pheonix kill with my build. The mods this time were lower resists and less crit dmg on monsters. Nothing too crazy but made it a bit less safe/slower than normal

What's wrong with my dps?

You are level 75, you are missing almost 20 passive points.

Otherwise, you need accuracy. Gloves are a great place to get it.

Your ring should have flat PHYSICAL damage not cold damage. I liked your steel ring a lot more.

You probably won't get over 5.5k hideout tooltip dps with a Hubris, but still should be able to clear everything in the game fairly easily.


If you want the big tooltip number, you will need to go abyssus.


But the biggest things are getting flat physical damage, accuracy, and leveling up.

One more thing I've noticed - spec out of Unnatural Calm. Put those points around Foresight instead, and with leftovers grab that jewel socket to the south, near Harrier.

You need to work on your sockets. There is no excuse in 2L claws instead of 3L, for example.

Lastly, I know it might not be what the OP would recommend, but you could get rid of your Voidheart and use Poison support instead of faster attacks.
This lets you use a rare ES/%ES ring with damage/resists, and lets you spec out of ES nodes to keep almost the same level but increase your total damage by a lot. I see you're not even res capped without Purity of Elements...

Your gems are a bit off. In my opinion, you can look at the following changes,

The random blasphemy gem not linked to anything. Put discipline from your helm there instead.

You can add fortify to whirling blades, to get fortify buff when whirling through enemies.

You can get rid of the portal gem and add increased duration to your wither setup. It will increase the duration of wither and allow more stacks.

Trading the Chayula ammy for a rare, and getting skyforth would be a very big dps increase. Even a kiara's instead of the quicksilver flask would be decent until you can afford skyforth. Even can help with resists.

Vaal Haste -- Maybe get rid of Decoy Totem?

No cwdt setup? Immortal call is decent if you can fit it, but might not be possible with the orb of storms setup. Could also be solved with skyforth.

Not sure what the purity of elements gem is for. Are you not capped without it?

Blood rage is good. If you add it to a weapon gem slot, you can wep change (x) to turn it off quickly.
