Based on the tree, you are missing the critical nodes in the Magpie wheel. Can you post all of your gear? Personally I prefer doryani's (or crystal belt) since they can provide you with triple resistances and more ES. At the end of the day it's up to your preference. I prefer Blade Flurry over BV as it is more versatile (no need to power up to 20 stacks, DOT mechanics...etc) and it does more damage. They are both great damage dealers, it's up to you which one you prefer to play. 2.
