yep, i generally take it late in the build. it's not in my current tree due to rearranging the tree and testing various items to improve damage elsewhere but it's definitely worth picking up when your hp is at a comfortable enough level for the content you're doing (~5k or more is my preference)

5K? hm. I have 2.5k atm :D so. not now I guess :P

optimally a sambar with %spell, hybrid spell/mana, %cold and flat added ele damage to spells

first thing i'd do is pick up a level 20 blade vortex (even if it's corrupted), this is probably the most important. second is grab an atziri's promise

also a rare 6L is going to provide more damage than the carcass as you'll be able to run hypothermia (up to 39% more damage at 20) carcass is great supplemental damage but it's not nearly as important as a 6L

more/extra damage modifiers are substantially better than increased

if you can't afford a rare 6L i'd start picking up some leveled gems

if you need more defense, you could drop winter spirit and the nodes leading up to it to take more life/jewel sockets until you feel more comfortable. the 40% cold conversion isn't super critical to the build until later on, especially if you don't have any cold pen aside from frost bomb or a 6L for hypo/cold pen support

Why are u using Flame Dash and Whirling Blades?

Both are looking like Movement Skills to me and i cant understand why we need two movement Skills here?
