" This works too although it is not quite as efficient as getting the corruption with 3 fevered minds, this leaves the other jewel slots open for life %/spell dmg/atk speed I got the corruption on my 4th or 5th try...so it's not THAT expensive I might also have been very lucky. |

Will try my own version of this soon, maybe try out CI. One question: Why dont you use a bleed-removal flask? |

" No problem, glad to have this thread open for the community to see and share their thoughts/ideas on improving the build. Don't think CI is possible as the flask only gives LIFE recovery based on 800% of mana cost, don't know if there would be a way for it to turn into energy shield recovery, even so I think the life version is the best way to go in terms of efficiency on the tree. Theoretically you can have bleed recovery on your quicksilver flask, there are already 3 unique flasks which are mandatory which are: Zerphi's, Rumi's, Dying Sun. The last two I chose for quicksilver and then sapping life flask of dousing which helps to turn off righteous fire whenever you want. I prefer to have movement speed on my quicksilver because that gets scaled from the flask effectiveness from our tree which makes us move super fast which then affects cyclone movement. Also bleed recovery really is not necessary as long as you are being cognizant, whenever I see my life degening very quickly I know I am being affected by bleed so I just keep spinning until the bleed stacks wear off. |

Would this build work without the Dying Sun flask? I like how the build looks and want to give it a go, but i am not able to shell out the exalts for that flask right now while also getting the other required items.

" The build is significantly less effective this is because the flask is scaled by all of our flask effectiveness nodes from ascendancy and the tree, so we gain 3 extra projectiles on all our proj spells, and we gain around 45% increased aoe on all our area skills. This makes a big difference in mapping clear speed. It is doable, it just won't be as enjoyable :( |

Was trying a variant of https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1632595 but I guess it would be better here. Still trying things out especially spells. It's a pathfinder variant using the always poison on hit and the general flask shit. I use kaom's to be tankier but I'm not too sure about that as well as maybe belly of the beast. Is occultist really necessary? Preventing against being one shot seems better. I guess with fortify that happens a lot less with 7K

So most of the rare gear is just to fill resists+life since I was just testing things until I take it over to ESC. Not sure what good unique item options I have. Also I think wither totems would be good and I will probably cut Warlords/Blasphemy for it. Rathpith is a good option that I didn't think of. I was actually planning to scale the build further by offhanding a high aps (probably less necessary with cyclone) weapon with the delirium decay mod for additional damage. I'll optimize my tree after looking at yours. I'll also switch over to cyclone. So are you reflect immune due to the regen from flask? I had initially tried a phys spell version as slayer for their reflect immunity since the original build was elementalist employing their reflect immunity. Love the build and am starting a new char to play.
Quick couple questions 1. why haste over anger? 2. You have multiple CWDT with flame surge, do they both proc? or how does that work, just trying to plan so I have some better single target dps, ie flame surge in 6 link & gloves like you do. |

" You can order your spells based on the CWDT wiki so by doing so we can use elemental equilibrium. However if you use anger for all your spells, then elemental equilibrium will always give you +50% fire resistance...and fire dmg is one of our main sources of single target dps from flame surge. Haste gives us movt speed and attack speed which are both crucial for cycloning faster and proccing more spells from our CWDT. " They both cast I linked a wiki page that details the mechanics of the Cast When Damage Taken support gem if you read that page you will see why I ordered the gems in the way I did to maximize benefit from EE regarding single target dps. Clear speed on trash mobs is never an issue with this build even in t15s and t16 maps...only issue is single target which is why we use flame surge in the 6 link and have multiple flame surges. |

I have some question
If you use essence of hysteria and EE your gem socketed at glove always raise fire resist. Don't you have to change your skill order to flame surge-arc-glacial ? Why you pick up Hurbalism node which reduce zerphi's duration about 2 second. It will reduce your surviability. I think pick up arcane chemistry or profane chemistry might be better for your surviability. Profane chemistry cluster raise your HP 8% less than Herbalism cluster but do not reduce duration of zerphi |

Thanks for the reply, I did read the page but still not super familiar with it.
So based on the page, it will cast Helm skill 1,2,3 -> off hand skill 1,2 -> body armor etc So you want your last off hand skill, to not match the elemental type of the first in the body armor? The passive tree you posted doesn't have EE, but you talked about it so I wasn't sure. I am planning on farming scolds today, so I can play the build this weekend. I will probably put in haste, get more dps and defense out of it from dodging attacks by moving that much faster. Thanks! |
