Been running blasphemy/warlords mark, herald of ice, dicipline and leech on boots the whole time.
Haven't died to reflect yet aside from accidentally running a few nasty maps with ele reflect on it.
Cleared everything aside from shaper. Not all guardians or breach lords have been deathless, but i can kill 'em all.

Once i can improve my gloves i'll be well over 10k es and my jewels have only 2 crit multi mods on them. My flasks are also pretty trash, but whatever...it's working just fine. I'm not using a single unique flask at the moment.

This comment was so great. I didn't have the mats to try and reroll 4g chest so i was just using double discharge without the helm enchant. The setup above made life much better. I even dropped LL in cospri's and can now just rely on Warlord's with blasphemy.


I am running maps pretty well, but I will have to try some 13s with this new setup. Trying to complete without dieing, so we will see how it goes. Still a ton of gear upgrades for me to get so.... it's a work in progress.

why do you have Faster Proj in your 6L? don't you want Faster Attacks?

So, I wanna ask you mighty dischargeres, does that *guardians and shaper viable* become true only after you have enchanted your helm with not to consume charges enchant?

Because I, blowing up any pack on t15's thought I'd try guardians perhaps? And I died, lost all 6 portals to 2 guardians, the fire one and the ice one. I had life leech om my cospri's and a blade vortex on my chest, after that failures I thought I'd better put back IAoE instead of LL and put in a chest Fortify, cuz Im playing on my laptop with a crappy connection, so Im desyncing a lot and sometimes I die due to this, so better defense is better.

I have 9.9k ES right now and I havent killed a guardian. I think low damage I have for them, look at my jewels. So whats the problem? Do I need helm enchant right away or beeter jewels? I tired running uber lab for the enchant so perhaps Ill sell some of my valuable stuff to buy a good helm already with an enchant )

EDIT: FIRST MAJOR PROBLEM. HERALD OF THUNDER. You're giving every mob you hit 25% Lightning Res instead of -50%. So you've been operating at -75% efficiency. Remove that. Where are your four-link loops and CWDT?

Aside from pretty abysmal ES (you have 6k probably?), you need to get increased AoE in your cospri's over Crit strikes. This makes mobs trivial as you don't have to risk a second charge or engagement for most packs. You should awitch to Concentrated Effect for bosses.

Finally: if mobs are surviving your initial burst, go immediately into a cyclone, which grants stun immunity.

You should be able to do T12 easily with a 6L. (I would also sub in additional acc on your charge with such low ES, you cant afford to miss.)

Absolute best would be +1 max resists I believe. Attack speed would come in second place. (Note : I'm a big fan of the Disc + Dual Purities setup, feels good defensively too for a lot of situations)

Now, I've never tried a +1 curse Voll's Devotion so I can't really comment on that.

Think in terms of passive points. The +1 is worth a good 5-7 points of pathing for Whispers of Doom. That and a second curse really opens up a lot of options (Poacher's for flask uptime, AMark for a DPS boost, EleWeakness as well.).

Everything else seems minor compared to that.


Anyway:

Guys, is Crit Multi really the BiS jewel for our slots?

On our tree we get about 100% elemental damage and a measly 26% spell damage.

So the damage goes like this: [base] * ["damage" modifiers] * [critical multiplier on crits].

Our spell multi approaches the 500+ mark with some mid tier jewels but our spell damage is woefully ignored. A 250/250 balance would yield MUCH more damage, plus you have to consider that our discharge ISN'T 100% crit all the time (only with 6 charges up). The graph becomes slightly skewed towards having more spell damage with this in mind (as our Cospri's discharge doesn't quite hit 95% crit chance due to 3-links.

This could be the final tweak needed to bring Shaper to its knees. I'll go try it out in the week to come.

Yeah, that's why I think spell damage on shield is especially important too. I got lucky and nabbed this shield with over 40% inc spell damage and 450 ES for less than 50c -- refuse to upgrade to a 500+ ES shield just because I'll never be able to get similar levels of spell damage lol.

Cleared Mino and Chimera with different curse setup. Surprisingly I died a few times using WM but deathless with PM. Im guessing accuracy is the critical factor here. Leech is kept up by timing my vinktars and worms flask (combo with boots leech) when I'm using PM.

My gears are not fully optimised yet. I have about 19ex to spare in BSC. Any recommendations for the next thing to upgrade?
